Cheese is always safely packaged and shipped quickly. I've been ordering from here for a couple of years and order every couple of months and have been completely satisfied (even impressed)
with the freshness and care and quality they take to package things. The cheese is always fresh!

I have ordered from this company twice. The first time, my order ended up arriving a day late thanks to FedEx not being great. My last order was placed and shipped on Monday, December 22, but wasn't delivered until Friday, December 26 thanks to Christmas delays. The ice packs were completely melted, two items were missing, and even after two hours in the fridge the cheeses were still at 46F. This means they were likely well over 55f on arrival, and for who knows how long before that. None of it is safe to eat anymore.

I've reached out both via email and Facebook multiple times since, and received no response. Since the online shop is closing in less than a week, I was hoping they'd respond soon enough to at least offer to make this right. If I don't hear anything by the end of the business day on Friday, I'm just going to dispute the charge.

Review edit: Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card did they finally respond to my attempts to contact them.

I ordered the mystery box for my son in law. The description said 10 cheese items with a few accompaniments, there were 7 cheeses and some accompaniments, so the description was misleading. He will get this for Christmas so I can’t speak on the cheese itself

Overall, I was very satisfied with the perfect delivery and careful packaging. The various types of cheese were delicious. I also enjoyed the fig jam and roseberry jam, though the portions were a bit small — but I guess I can just buy more next time.

However, I was quite disappointed with the jambon. It didn’t taste very good to me. It was a bit tough and oily, and it stuck to my hands. I had to tear off each slice, but they didn’t separate well and just tore apart, losing their shape. The flavor also wasn’t to my liking — it had a bit of a smoky taste, and I wish there had been more variety.

That said, I do intend to repurchase the cheese and jams. Thank you for your service.

So many things. The final was getting the wrong product even though the packing slip said the correct product. Since August 29 I have tried to get in touch with you 4 separate times. Twice by email and twice by phone. The most recent being yesterday around 4:15 your time. I called and left a message with your customer service department. At this point I’m worn out
