Great as usual - always quality product

The cheese arrived very fast. I love dipping my raw vegetables in them. My recent order had all of the cheese loose. The previous orders had the cheese in small boxes of six. The boxes make it easier to stack in my garage refrigerator. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

I placed an order and paid for 1 day shipping via FedEx, which cost $35. It took over a week before I got an email saying that the order shipped. The problem was: the email did not include any tracking information; no package ever arrived (my FedEx account also never showed an inbound shipment from them). So I wrote them the first time asking for clarification and received no response. A second email from me asking for a status update also went unanswered. I gave it another full week before following up a third time (today) asking to cancel the order and issue a refund. I will probably have to end up filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I don't know what happened with this company. I had previously ordered from them with no such issues.

All of my cheeses showed up in perfect time and perfect shape! The Cheese Lover Shop always does such a great job!

The product arrived just as ordered. It was quick to ship and packaged in cold blocks with cushioning. I even received a freebie cheese which I haven't tried yet. I'd say that the only downside was on my part that I didn't notice that the shipping cost was just as expensive as the cheese. Next time I'll be looking out to see if there's a way to get free shipping.

The cheese arrived room temperature or less! Whatever it was in to keep it cold was melted & we paid a good bit of money for shipping!! I really enjoy the cheese but probably won’t be purchasing it anymore! Sorry, also the free gift of cheese you sent I just threw away, it didn’t even feel right! I wish the stores would carry it again, Kroger is my local store where I used to get it, I’m going to try to get them to order it again!

Great cheese, fast shipping!

The Cheese was fine. Customer Service, not so much. I thought I had hit the minimum to get free shipping, but had not. So, was paying $75 for $35 worth of cheese. I immediately reached out as soon as I realized it to see if I could cancel the order (or at the very least add to it). I never heard a word back from them.

Great delivery. Website could be more user friendly, and mobile first.

They have been very helpful with this purchase.
