My order arrived quickly and packaged well. I was surprised at receiving a free Brie.

First, it arrived 3 days late after I paid for a 1 day expedited shipping. Then, an item was missing in the package. Lastly, it looked nothing like the product I ordered. Won't recommend.

If your expectation was to receive the cheese on 7.26 it was absolutely impossible for us to meet that deadline since FedEx comes at 3PM everyday. If an item was missing, a quick email would have been enough to find an amicable solution (refunding the value of the item). As far as nothing look like the product you ordered I am not sure how to take this one. Love the Brie
Love the Brie. We found the brand in Hawaii and could not get it locally so I went online to get it. We order the big bag every couple of months. It's easy and the delivery is quality. Well packed and gets to my door cold. Neighbors broke into my last order while bringing it into the house. I think you may have a new customer.
