CRITICAL PUBLIC WARNING: Avoid Chekich.com. If you order and pay for express delivery with FedEx and do not receive your items within the 4-day timeframe, act immediately on the fifth day. Contact both your own bank and their bank, Molly, to send a cancellation and full refund demand. Be aware they may attempt deceptive tactics, like sending items late to fake proof of delivery using cheaper methods. Do not accept these; stick to your original cancellation and refund.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Chekich.

I paid for express shipping (1–4 days), yet 15 days later my order was still pending — no shipping confirmation, no delivery, nothing.

I contacted customer service multiple times and was ignored repeatedly.

When I finally received a reply, it was generic and unhelpful. No accountability, no concrete information.

I formally requested a refund, which was acknowledged, but still no proof of refund or transaction confirmation has been sent. I had to chase them again for a receipt or reference number.

The customer service is unacceptable, unresponsive, and dismissive. The overall handling of my case shows a lack of professionalism and care for customers.

I have already reported this issue to consumer protection agencies and will continue to follow up until this is resolved.

Do not trust this company with your money.
