The whole process from quotation to completion was friendly, efficient and professional, particularly after a poor experience we had with a previous plumber. We would highly recommend them.

One of the best companies I have dealt with and I have lived in Asia and North America for 10 years before returning to Chelmsford.

CPH are very friendly, professional, high quality and value for money. They are very easy to communicate with via email and phone, they are very responsive to my requests and help me develop an idea into a solution. When their team arrive on the agreed date they are in company uniform, are very respectful, lay out dust sheets and cover their shoes, they deliver a very high quality product (I had them remove an old boiler, immersion tank and attic water tanks and install a brand new Combi boiler in the attic), pipework is run in a sensible and neat and tidy way, there is regular discussion and clarification throughout the install, full tested and walked through the operation and installation with me, answered all my questions and left the house clean and tidy, removed all old units and waste.

I have used them for both my own home and for my elderly mother's home and she also feels the same.

A long way away from the image of an old 'alright mate, yeah let me take a look and see what 'appens' plumber who would fleece you at every opportunity :-)

Our boiler broke down at a really stressful time for ourselves just as we were having our kitchen refitted so the house was already a mess and pretty cold. The fitter from CPH came out and gave us all our options and after discussions we opted for a new boiler. Despite the hugely busy time of the season the team at CPH helped us as quickly as they possibly could and were there at ever turn to assist us. Thanks Guys, We can highly recommend them.

Just had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by CPH following issues with old existing back boiler. From Martyn visiting us to explain how they would reroute the gas supply with the minimum of disturbance for the new installation in the loft space and providing a favourable quote, the work was completed in 4 days by Steve, Lewis and Rob who were very professional and courteous throughout. We have previously recommended CPH to several other people and will continue to do so in the future.

Excellent service. I am very pleased to have hot water and a warm house again after the oil-fired boiler failed. The response from CPH was helpful; Daryll fixed the boiler within an hour and left the boiler room clean and tidy. I will not hesitate to use CPH again, thank you.

We've been using CPH for over 7 years now for routine stuff as well as projects and we've never had any issues. Always friendly and helpful and happy to talk things through if needed. We've just had the boiler replaced - we were extra happy that they could source the exact boiler I wanted and fit it the next day after the old one died suddenly.

I've now used Chelmsford Plumbing and heating for several years. Yesterday I had my annual boiler service on a boiler that they installed five years ago and I reflected on how good they've been over the years since I've used them. They've done a number of jobs including shower and radiator fittings as well as a boiler installation for me and an Oil fired boiler for my Mother. I've always found this company to be the most professional plumbing and heating company I've ever used. The staff are always highly trained and motivated but at the same time very friendly and conscientious about their work. The engineer that visited yesterday as well as carry out a service went out of his way to explain each check that he did, why he was doing it and the result. he also took me on a guided tour of the inside of my boiler, what each part did and what if anything might go wrong. To be honest I was mega impressed with both his knowledge and attitude. I would highly recommended this company to anyone and to be honest wouldn't consider using anyone else.

The job was completed very neatly and tidily with the minimum of disruption. Both the plumber and the electrician were very efficient and also friendly and helpful.

We had a new boiler and aqua air unit fitted. Very efficient quotation system and the booking in of the work was simple. The team turned up on time and left the house tidy with no sign they'd been in (apart from the new system of course). I was happy to leave the house in their care for the duration of the work.

I was very pleased with my Central Heating boiler install from the initial contact to the final install. A highly professional company with knowledgeable staff. Calm, competent and professional. Heating is important for a family and it is reassuring that our system is now working well and little snags resolved. Thoroughly recommended.

A radiator power flush requiring access to all radiators was made difficult by the fact that the customer ( my mother in law) is elderly, frail, blind, almost deaf and bed ridden. The engineers who called were pleasant, helpful and understanding, managed to work round her. They arrived at precisely the agreed time, did a very professional job and left no mess or damage
