Chelmsford Removals Ltd レビュー

Thank you so much Michael and Mick for moving us up to Manchester today. Was a long day due to terrible traffic but the guys were amazing from start to finish. Brilliant job!
Catherine

We were dreading removal day but James, Luke and Jacob were amazing, from the moment they arrive to fill up the removal lorry until the moment we waved them off at our new home. We could not fault the service or the hard work and politeness of these three guys. Thank you so much. The cost of this service was very good value for money.

Punctual. Friendly, efficient and reliable. The move(s) went well. I have not given it 5 stars because I think the Company could be clearer about its expectations concerning dismantling furniture in advance e.g. beds. There is an option to have furniture dismantled but this is not highlighted when booking.

From the moment I rang the office to make enquiries to when Ricky came to give an estimate, to the day of the move the service was excellent and stress free. Everyone was very professional and when the team arrived on removal day (Nick, James N and Dan J) they were very friendly , helpful and did everything they could to make my move go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Chelmsford Removals .

The service from Michael, James N, Mark, Wayne, Connor, Mick and Aaron was outstanding. They are all a credit to your organisation.

Organised and efficient. Everything was explained and on time. Michael was friendly and really helpful.

Great experience being moved from Essex to Suffolk by Chelmsford Removals. Big shout out to the team; Terry, Luke, Steve, Lee, Dan W and Ben. Great attitude, professional, quick and capable at an emotionally stressful time

Helpful and friendly and explained well what they were going to do. Fast and efficient and very complimentary about the tea!
Thanks very much Michael Richy and Kev

Really friendly, really efficient - couldn’t have done a better job.

Fantastic service, from start to finish. Dave, Kav, Luke, Ben and Jacob were brilliant - kind, considerate, punctual and worked extremely hard. Thanks so much!

An absolutely amazing experience we had today! The team were Bill, Michael, Richy and Luke and they were incredible! We set some pretty big challenges but nothing was too much trouble. They were prompt, professional, efficient and thoroughly decent guys - you couldn’t ask for more.
I really can’t praise Chelmsford Removals highly enough!

The 2 removal guys Mike & Wayne were excellent, helpful , friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to Chelmsford Removals.
We will definitely use this company again.
Very professional company and easy to deal with.

What can I say about these guys. Superb admin and superb removal staff. Contacted the office and survey was carried out extremely quickly by Ricky. He came and assessed what i had and what size of removal lorry I needed. The quote came back extremely quickly so super efficient.
The admin staff kept me informed at all times after I had accepted the competitive quote. Boxes were delivered without fuss.
On the day of the move James, Bill and Richy turned up nice and early. Protected the floors and bannisters. Everything was packed up swiftly but carefully. Everything done with a smile on their face and was nice to have people to joke about with. This created a really relaxed atmosphere. For a self confessed stressed out anxiety freak this was extremely reassuring. Within a few hours, and several cups of tea later we were packed up and they were off to my new destination.
I awaited for the call for the keys and a few hours later I joined them at the new property.
Within a few hours my furniture was unloaded. I was consulted with which room everything was to go into. They had no issues when I changed my mind on location being the indecisive person that I am. Washing machines and dishwashers were connected. Was a real pleasure to have these guys on my move. Top top people!
If you want a professionally run company that takes the stress out of moving, at a really good price with cheerful and careful removal staff then this is the company to choose. Yes you could choose a man with a van which is cheaper but I knew all my possessions were protected and run by a company that was regulated and professional.
Should I ever move again these are the people I would choose… without hesitation. Would I recommend them? 100%. And I don’t do that lightly as I have extremely high standards.

Can’t recommend highly enough Chelmsford Removals. They have been extremely helpful all through the difficult process of moving. The team today of Luke, Nick and Bill were utterly brilliant, keeping us informed of everything they were doing. They treated all of our items carefully and with respect but were great fun at the same time. They worked really hard, even in the rain. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

A thoroughly professional and efficient house move !! Our recent house move to Suffolk was well organized and well executed, and Andy and James were very fast, careful and pleasant!! We were impressed with the whole organisation from our very first telephone enquiry and highly recommend Chelmsford Removals for all moves.
James and Mairi

Luke and Steve G were amazing with our move. Helping to pack and unpack as well as assisting with getting everything in place in our new office.

They also helped with organising the disposal of our unwanted furniture

Friendly and efficient.

The whole team were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, kind and worked so hard. No job was too big! Would 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

First class service. Would highly recommend. Michael, Dave and Conor were superb.

The crew (Mick, Lee, Mark and others whose names I didn’t get) were amazing. It was one of the hottest days of the year and they didn’t complain, just got on with the job. The quote was very clear, the price was good, the process to book and pay was excellent, and everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. They dismantled and put back together multiple fiddly things, plus they packed for me and everything arrived intact and was put back together perfectly. I would definitely recommend Chelmsford Removals, but I’m especially thankful for the crew for working so hard in the sweltering heat!

From start to finish I found Chelmsford removals fantastic. They were professional, prompt and made the move so much easier on me.
On moving day Michael led the team, James Ben and Aaron worked together, so fast , friendly and so efficient and nothing was a problem . Highly recommend for anyone moving home .
