Wonderful set of patio furniture. Good quality - lovely smooth teak. Relatively easy to put together - and very solid once done. Looking forward to it lasting many years.

Response time re delivery date was a little slow, but worked well on the date that was then finalised. .

Initially asked their customer services a question, never received a reply (in their what’s app customer service option).

Ordered item, shows available to order on website. Received a refund, no explanation or any reason given. Terrible customer service and communication.

Product was on website. Received a refund about a week later. No comms, no explanation etc.

Very reliable kept me updated about my order. Fast service. Staff very friendly and helpful

I bought a Teak Garden Furniture set a year ago from the ideal home show absolutely over the moon with the workmanship and the quality I can’t recommend Chelsea Home leisure enough a very satisfied customer here

I was very impressed with my outside furniture my husband bought the table with recliner chairs for me at Christmas from David had a great deal can't wait until the summer comes now to have a bbq and use it all

Amazing quality, great customer service, there was a 6-8 week delivery date which I was happy to wait for because when it was delivered it was absolutely perfect!

I Would highly recommend Chelsea home &leisure just had delivery of my teak root coffee table and I love it, and the two young guys that delivered it were very helpful and nice too thanks

Terrible experience with this company. Bought a coffee table and the quality wasn't what we were expecting, so we emailed on the same day it was delivered asking to do a return. Have sent numerous emails and left numerous messages with their AI assistant over a 4 week period but have heard nothing back. Order number is 6490. I will be raising a complaint to The Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman and Trading Standards if I dont hear back within next couple of days

You asked the question before the goods had arrived at 8pm.yesterday. Nevertheless, we are very delighted with the high quality and finish of the table.
It is exactly what we wanted.

Teak furniture literally crumbled to pieces in 5 years. Supposedly should last a lifetime. Some components may be teak but the actual structure holding it together is definitely not. It is like sponge and just crumbles in your fingers.
2 chairs just completely collapsed beyond repair and the table is barely holding onto it’s frame.
Customer service is a BOT so I have had no response back from them whatsoever.
The initial delivery may look great and we have had 5 years use from it but Teak is meant to last 30-50 years which is why we invested in this furniture.

Great quality

The teak root table Chelsea Home and Leisure supplied it perfect, exactly what we wanted. I have to be honest and say that I was really nervous about ordering a table I hadn’t seen but I worried for nothing. I could look at it all day.

High Quality Product. We purchased a root Dining room glass top table. It was of very high quality and looked amazing. The delivery experience was great with all communications regarding dates and timings etc. I would highly recommend Chelsea Home and Leisure.

We bought the Rattan Firepit set luxury edition. It arrived with no fixings to assemble the table. My complaint was replied to with a video of how to assemble the table, but still no fittings! I went out and purchased the fittings to assemble the table and then discovered that there were insufficient glass beads to fill the firepit to the level stated in the instructions. A further complaint ref no fittings and insufficient glass beads tried to tell me that the manufacturers instructions were wrong!! This purchase has been a nightmare since the day that it arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
