We bought the Rattan Firepit set luxury edition. It arrived with no fixings to assemble the table. My complaint was replied to with a video of how to assemble the table, but still no fittings! I went out and purchased the fittings to assemble the table and then discovered that there were insufficient glass beads to fill the firepit to the level stated in the instructions. A further complaint ref no fittings and insufficient glass beads tried to tell me that the manufacturers instructions were wrong!! This purchase has been a nightmare since the day that it arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Understandably there was a six week delivery period eventually; mainly because we ordered during the busiest time.
Our real furniture was delivered safely and we’re happy with the quality of the teak furniture for the price we paid. The processing and delivery teams are obviously busy, sometimes replying after a couple of weeks, but they did deliver as advised and sent a photo of where the packages were.

Pleasantly pleased with how well made and the beautiful design. Looks exactly as picture - will defo recommend

We e-mailed on a weekend to arrange delivery of our garden furniture that we ordered in October 2023. Monday morning received a response saying a courier would be arranged for that week and then furniture was delivered the same week on Thursday afternoon! Excellent service, would certainly use this company again! Also requested information on a cover for new furniture, response next day with a link to specific size we needed.overall we were very pleased with furniture and service received.

I ask for my delivery to be deferred until after my holidays. I contact Chelsea by email and I receive a reply the next day confirming a week commencing date for delivery. The tone of the email was very friendly.

Great product and delivery, cannot fault

Fantastic Glass Table, amazing wooden stand. The delivery guys were great very helpful and they gave me a courtesy call before delivery. The Base of the Table & Glass Top was very well packaged and delivery was prompt. However, the Sellotape holding the packaging together did mark the glass. I used vinegar & a lot of elbow grease to remover the tape & sticky adhesive it left behind off of the glass. Apart from that Fantastic. Thank you.

Great customer service - we had an issue with a faulty chair but the response from Chelsea H&L was quick and a replacement sent out promptly. The rattan dining set looks great and fits our space perfectly - very happy!

Ordering was easy & the delivery very quick.

No one is picking up when you call and the website is down. Worried they may be out of business and we put an order this week

Very positive post purchase customer care experience. Though the quality of the Teak Wood Outdoor Coffee Table is average. The wood seems old and untreated.

this is the second time I have purchased from this company For teak the table is very easy to assemble quality is exactly good delivery was faster then expected l was kept updated with tracking…

Do not buy from this company. Furniture arrived in poor condition, and has started to disintegrate after a single year of use even though it has been teak oiled twice. Very poor quality for the price. No response from them after highlighting the issues via email.

I bought a large teak root table. It took the company 3 weeks to acknowledge my order (despite receiving payment). I’m happy with the table but we weren’t warned the table would arrive in 3 pieces, delivered by an independent delivery company so they wouldn’t help unpack (large crates so awkward to dispose of). The table wasn’t packed very well and weighs around 70kgs & wasn’t easy to put together. The delivery company were going to leave it at my front door until I insisted they brought it into the house! When I told the company about this they haven’t even bothered replying, shocking customer service.

As you can see it took this company 2 months to reply to this review, not a surprise! I was never given an option about delivery in regards to assembling the table or taking packaging away. I had to keep chasing to just get a date for delivery.

This man sells junk refuses to refund and blames you
Do not waste your money or time with David. We bought a table and chairs for around £1800 it split and the bench split. Replacement split in weeks and the bench also.this was in summer and David blamed us for having a hot house. I repeat my claim this man sells junk and look and other reviews don’t just take my word
Avoid this company

I purchased what i thought was a ceramic table im having doubts as there are 3 adults in the house and we only eat at the table but there are loads scratches its like the surface is coming off
I see there is a reply below it's taken 6 months to reply to me
I've tried replying but the email is coming up invalid please can I have your correct email
I have repeatedly said you have never responded to my email
This has been going on since April 2020
