Amazing care provided. All VERY professional including the office staff and they all go over and beyond their role. I am absolutely satisfied with my care. It only took me to change three companies to  get to them as my forth company and finally be satisfied with the care. Thank you so much

I needed the carer to help me after a major surgery and I greatly appreciate the prompt response I received. I initially was looking at their sister company Good Care Group but was recommended Cherished Home Care based after an assessment of my requirements. Joti was very helpful and empathetic throughout the assessment and the time that I had my care contract with CHC. The in-person assessment reassured me that there is a person behind the assignment of the carers and that they do take the time to understand and assess in person my needs. The carers assigned to me, I feel, are commensurate to what I needed at that time. I expected someone who may be more experienced in caregiving but that may be what they have in the Good Care Group for those who require long-term care or potentially more medical requirements. My carers were helpful and empathetic and they balanced out overall --- one was quite good with cooking and looking after my nutrition, while the other matched my reserved nature and was good with helping with cleaning and household chores. Joti also made sure she responded to any requests and adjustments that I had during the entire time. Overall a positive experience for me.
