Crossroads Care supported me to seek Finacial support via Carer’s grant and provided additional funds to meet the cost of my car repair.

Crossroads Care supported me to seek Finacial support by way of a Carer’s grant for car repair. They went above and beyond throughout the application process and managed to seek and secure a payment above what is ordinarily granted, in addition they went the extra mile and funded an additional payment from their own budget to meet the full cost of my repair.
The team are friendly, supportive and empathic in their approach and communication is second to none, in particular Ruth, was my main contact who kept me well informed and provided a high level of support to me and my application.
I am eternally grateful to Ruth and the team as a whole. Thank you
