Every visit to Cherrybank Dental Spa is a pleasant experience. There is always a warm welcome at reception and I’m always made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My treatment is always thoroughly explained to me any any questions answered. Wether you’re nervous of going to the dentist or not I would recommend Cherrybank Dental Spa to anyone.

My recent visit to Cherrybank was after a gap due to being seriously ill. I was sad to hear my usual hygienist Gayle had moved onto pastures new but was delighted with Abbey my new hygienist who was very kind and professional and put me at my ease immediately. I look forward to my next visit as the staff and service you receive are second to none. Thank you to everyone.

Best ever, helped me overcome fear of dentist, so caring and helpful

I am very pleased with the attention so far given to my quite complex problem and look forward to the next stages in the treatment. I am confident that the end result will enable me to eat without the discomfort and food restriction which an insecure plate has caused for several years.

My daughter came to the dentist for quite a major procedure to remove some of her upper jaw bone and laser excess gum. To add to her anxiety she has a needle phobia. However she was treated with amazing care and understanding. Everything went to plan and the whole time she felt safe and understood. We were given a mbl number for the dentist should there be any after concerns which was reassuring. And without sounding dramatic the work done has totally changed her life. She now always has a great big smile on her face. Thankyou Elaine and all who were part of the process.

2019: Best dental experience ever! The staff are very professional, have the latest technology and take a holistic, sensible and informed approach. I feel good going to the dentist for once, ever.

2021 Update: I have left as a patient. Their service experience really changed during COVID and they were taken over by another company. Nasty new receptionist, aggressive dentist (blamed me for fillings kept falling out)-- what started as a 5-star experience, during COVID dropped to 2-star and finally, they wouldn't even work on my teeth (fillings kept falling out). I had to fight with them to get a refund on fillings that fell out 2 days then 2 months later (this happened 4x over a year). Their focus is money not care, sadly. They don't even seem to be bothered with the "spa" or sensitivity to natural dentistry (balanced approach to dentistry). They've lost the plot (and my business).

Fabulous Dental Spa. Care is exceptional. Staff hand picked and each one totally focused on YOU. The Dental Spa is really top quality, led by Elaine and her wonderful team.

I was a very nervous patient when I first visited Cherrybank. Now I am totally relaxed knowing I am in the best hands.
