I've been playing the Slots at Cherry Jackpot for several years now and I can tell you first hand that their Slots are as fair or even better than any land based casino you will go to. The payouts are fast as well.

They don't seem to care about their members as much as they used to they do have wonderful fantastic customer service though. I love every single one of them. They are great!

It took quite a while to verify my ID and such. I appreciate the fact that I won enough to withdraw but when I played later I noticed that a lot of the old favorite games just did not pay out at all. Nothing like when they were new.

My wired money came through fine on my bank checking account, and the fee charged by Cherry Jackpot was reasonable.

The transaction took much longer than it should have because, for some reason, the emails from Cherry Jackpot initially were going to my Spam folder. Once I was alerted to that, I flagged them as 'not spam', and everything went smoothly after that.

What an experience. I recently switched to this casino a few weeks back and 'WOW' I'm glad I did. After playing a few times in a week, I hit a large win. I was congratulated by the staff, and moving forward, I had to verify my account (The part I dread in other casinos, as I feel they look for ways to void or come up with some outrageous excuse not to pay) after one or two emails and a call to verify myself, I received my winnings within 5 days to my bank. The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I haven't played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well, there was one time in which, during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casino's processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in!
(Note: I do still have the evidence of the instructions from the CSR as stated above as well that was also ignored)

Pays out quickly. Same games as many others and no alt coin deposits. But honestly won thousands and was paid out in 3 days. Great promotions and trustworthy!

Hassle free withdrawl but I do wish there were more free spins for depositing players from time to time

I like the selection of games available. I am not a high limit player but still have been able to win a little here and there. I also have been able to play low and have my money last away so I can enjoy my play time. I also like the introduction of new games.
