Item took to long to come in, and when i would call in and check for updates i wouldn't get any updates. That they would call or email me back and noting.

Excellent quality. I was skeptical about the quality, but they are legit. Heavy duty.

Very polite and was earlier than expected

product came packed very well and was easy to put up. the construction and fab was professional and well done. it’s been up for 6 months or so and is dining well.

My restroom came with a missing part so the toilet doesn’t work and the toilet is leaking.

I did not have any notice when it was gonna be shipped and then got a call saying it could be delivered that day. Given I had to have a forklift on site I had to pay extra money for my guys to come back because I had no idea when it would arrive.

Great product and service. Would buy again.

Great customer service

I’m satisfied with the product the order was good but then they sent me a email asking me to verify that I had a way to unload the product and if the address was residential or commercial I responded to the email and then I got no response back to confirm the delivery about three weeks went by and then I got the same email asking me for the same information so I responded to the email again and then I waited for a response and then I got no answer so I had to call them and they said they never received my email so then they asked me to verify the same questions that were in the email and then they said they would start to set up the delivery a week went by so I called them back again and then they said that they were working on getting a shipper to transport the product and then a few days later they called me and said that the product was on the way and they sent me the delivery date and contact information of the delivery company and the product was delivered on time and in good condition except for most of the package wrap was off of it and it had some dead bugs on it from being on a open trailer and one set of keys are missing I will still have to contact the customer support service team but I’m sure they will take care of it for me they are a great company too buy from thank you

The toilet shower unit is amazing for the price and even though it took 6 months to get it was worth the wait.

I scheduled delivery 3 weeks in advance, spoke to representatives on the phone and was told the delivery date would not be a problem. Lo and behold, when it came to delivery date, Chery failed to disclose that delivery was thru a third party and my delivery date was not met. This messed up my entire vacation schedule and ability to build the shed in the time frame I had scheduled and caused severe inconvenience. So far overall the product is good and quality is good.

Tents are great

So far, everything has gone swimmingly.

I was told almost 2 weeks after I placed my order, the day it was supposed to ship, that the manual pump ramp I ordered wasn't available, and only the electric pump ramp was available, which was an extra $2,000+ dollars. Then it took a few days to get an answer on when that would be shipped. Then it arrived damaged and unassembled. I was not aware it was coming unassembled. There was nothing on the website about this, no instructions for assembling, and no option to order it "assembled" or "unassembled". So now I'm paying around $2,000 for a company to assemble the ramp, in addition to an extra fee because they had to weld part of the ramp that was damaged in order to put it together. I regret this order and wish I would have just paid a little more from another company and avoided all of these issues. Instead, I spent $5,000 more than I intended to and had numerous issues.

Bought an item on special sale. When the item arrived with no packaging, filthy dirty and faded, like it had been outside for a very long time and had dents, they refused to let me return the item. It was not received in new condition. The delivery driver would not even take it back. BEWARE

Delivery time was great, product was as expected. Very happy and will be ordering another system soon.

It took 48 days from the day I paid for the high altitude main jet for the gas motor on my wood chipper before I received it. I called almost every week and was told that it was not in stock and had to be made BUT when I got the part - it turned out to be a standard part that fits several different types/brands of gas motors.
If you live above 3000 ft altitude and buy one of there items that has a gas motor - expect to wait a LONG TIME to get the correct main jet for your gas motor - there is a different one for 3000 to 6000 ft and then 6000 to 9000 ft
