assembly instructions were poor are missing altogether
the product appears to be very good shipping very good the only issue was the installation or assembly instructions were extremely poor, lacking information and in the case of my particular purchase the 2nd piece of the product had no installation instructions at all and I had to reach out to you guys to get copies

The gate was beat to hell and had been…
The gate was beat to hell and had been spray painted over in those areas with high gloss black spray paint. They let the haulers strap the gates down by the outside corners where the gates meet and it pulled the hinges in and bent them together by the time they got here. The gates now close in a wedge shape with the top corners touching and a 2”gap at the bottom. My husband had to remove the gates and use a grinder to get the hinges to work. We then had to unbolt the bottom bolts and add washers to shim the gates up and get them to open somewhat in line but they still have a larger gap at the bottom than the top. The gates were also installed backwards so we had to turn them around and now they are not in line with the posts. I would recommend purchasing from Aleko instead. Their gates are much better quality.

We are truly sorry that the gate arrived damaged and forced you and your husband to spend so much extra time repairing and adjusting it. It’s never our expectation that customers need to perform extensive modifications after receiving products.
We have noted the issue regarding improper strapping by the haulers during transit. We will strengthen our shipping requirements with carriers immediately to avoid similar hinge damage for future shipments.

The load was delivered at the wrong address. We already informed Vulma about the wrong address and we asked her to contact FedEx to cancel delivery. She ignored our request and she refuse to find a way to solve the problem. We have to put you in dispute with our bank.

Once the shipment has been dispatched by FedEx, interception or delivery cancellation is not feasible. Our colleague contacted FedEx immediately, but they could not stop the delivery. We will arrange the reshipment for you immediately. Sorry again...

I am dissatisfied; the quality and details need to be taken seriously. The finish and quality are of the gate are clearly lacking. For such an expensive gate, the decorative elements—which are its defining feature—are not centered.

The only problem we had was none of the fittings were tight and when we hooked up the hydraulics, they leaked all over my brand new concrete pad and my new skid steer, had to make a special trip to get hydraulic fluid

It must have been frustrating waiting two whole weeks when you were told only 3 to 5 days, and we also hear you loud and clear that the $80 cost felt a bit high for you. Think twice!!!
Ordered two skid steer buckets. They were shipped individually, on two different LTL carriers. One arrived with no major issues. The second arrived, and the LTL carrier demanded payment, saying that it was a COD shipment. The bucket looks used, and has significant rust on it. I will avoid Chery in the future.
