Cheryl is an extraordinary coach! She has supported me over two decades in both personal and professional areas of my life. She is intuitive, well-equipped, inventive, highly effective and totally relatable. The work she did with me, even twenty years ago, is still blossoming in my life today. She gave me skills to last a lifetime and I am incredibly grateful! If you get the chance to work with her, do it!

Cheryl Hunter is an amazing coach. She is incredibly inspiring and her insight is spot on. She has a gift in creating community and understands the importance of goal setting and accountability in order to bring about change. When I accepted to partake in Magnify Your Message with Cheryl Hunter and her team, I was unsure how my message would be newsworthy. I knew I had a story, but I never saw that it was unique or interesting. Cheryl invited me to a one-on-one phone call, listened to my story, and validated how important it was to share with the world. She was candid and upfront with the obstacles and challenges I would face to get my story in front of the right media. After the call, I decided that I had nothing to lose and so much to gain. I agreed to participate in the ten weeks of Magnify Your Message.

Magnify Your Message has changed my life. The program is so much more than just getting your message out into the world; it is about how you view yourself and the self-talk that you created. Working with Pericles Rellas on my mindset transformed how I viewed myself and projected these thoughts into my reality. I looked into the mirror and acknowledged that I had the power to change my life, and I was the creator of my universe. I worked on the interior self as well as the exterior.

Barbara McCabe embraced my story and helped me create an article to share with the world. When I first met her, I was reluctant to reveal my complete story. I trusted her, and Barbara led me into a safe place to relay the essential and newsworthy facts. During the process, I achieved more than I ever could imagine. I hid my gold medals behind a couch; after working with Barbara and Pericles, I now display them in my office for everyone to see.

Will Armstrong encouraged me and provided the appropriate way to approach the media. "You only have one shot, and you don't want to mess it up" will always remain in my mind. He suggested outlets interested in hearing my story, such as Wake Up with Marci. His coaching encouraged my confidence and self-awareness.

The opportunity to learn from Cheryl Hunter in ten weeks that took her ten years of getting in front of the media was instrumental. The most valuable strategy I learned was how to do the process myself and create newsworthy media articles. I learned that the heavy lifting was my responsibility and not expect someone to hand it to me. Cheryl never promised me that she would get me on any talk show, news outlet, or podcast. But she promised me valuable strategies that I could implement to get my message out into the world if I practiced consistently.

Magnify Your Message showed me how to become newsworthy and approach media. My story reached 115 media outlets and led to appearances on BCB, CityNews Winnipeg, Open Stance, etc. I have spoken in Canada, England, France, Australia, Switzerland, and the USA. I have been invited to be a spokesperson for The Athletes' Bill of Rights during the Olympics, We Walk Together, PSAs for #We Ride Together, and appeared before for National Governing Bodies of Sports and many college campuses.
