Excellent service

Excellent service, friendly and would highly recommend.
Friendly and efficient service, was left to look about and approach them if we were interested. Quick and easy purchase, all questions answered throughly. Car is amazing and just what we were looking for. Has a good choice of vehicles on the forecourt. Would highly recommend

Although I had good service and have bought 2 cars from you now and they have always been reliable.
However in November 2024 I part exchanged my Capture for a X-Trail which is a lovely car. I gave the paperwork to the salesman and he said he would deal with everything. A couple of months ago I have a letter from the DVLA saying the capture is not insured and that I am being fined £50 I came down to see the salesman and he said he would inform DVLA that I had exchanged my Capture for the X- Trail. The problem he had not let DVLA know that your company had the car from November he only informed them when I went down to see him when I got the letter. I of coursed appeal this as I was not in possession of the car when they checked to see if it was insured. I have recently received another letter from DVLA saying because DVLA where not notified by yourselves when you took the car I was still responsible for the fine. I have now paid this but I do think it was down to your salesman not informing DVLA that was the problem. I do have a copy of the recept if you would at all like to reimburse me. Please feel free to contact me if this is not clear.

Professional and caring.

Bought a second hand car and it developed a few issues in the first 3 weeks. These issues were rectified quickly, professionally and with no fuss. When buying a second hand car, issues are always a risk. It’s how they are dealt with that’s important and Chicos were fantastic.

Would highly recommend!

Chico's of Plymouth gave us a fantastic experience of buying a new car. Phil was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was plenty of choice of cars and the whole process went smoothly, including the test drive, and the paperwork. Thank you so much Chico's!

thankyou too Tony for making the purchase of my new used car an easy experience, i was promised a new Mot with no advisories and a full service on the vehicle and that is exactly what i got , great service all round
