Absolute chancers. The standard of their ‘work’ is dreadful and they try to rip customers off endlessly. Following a major service a couple of weeks later my wife’s car had a small issue and magically needed brand new spark plugs AGAIN at a cost of £50. When confronted about the bill they admitted they were changed two weeks earlier and magically took that off the bill.
The paint they ‘fixed’ on the wing mirror was a rattle can job and VERY quickly failed.
The ‘work’ their sister garage ‘watlington VW’ did on my mates van and charged £2k for is non existent. Another mate has since bought the van and had to rip out the gearbox and engine and actually doing the work they charged for but didn’t do.
