Awesome product & Great Customer Service

I ordered the mug as a gift for a friend. We've been friends for over 30 years and she was so excited to drink her coffee from her new mug! I made an error with my order and had to email customer service. I received a response back in less than 24 hours. They made my necessary changes and it was perfect. So impressed with this company!

Workmanship could been better...

It was a nice mug but it was not lined up and the picture was crooked. I didn't ship it back because it took Sooooooo long to get my order. I didn't want the hassle on waiting for a new delivery . and it was a gift for my bestfreind. I should have just asked for a refund

My friend said she received the mug and


My friend said she received the mug and it was chipped at the bottom. Not sure if that was yours or the shipping company’s fault. Also it took a month and a week for this thing to get done and shipped to my best friend. Does it really take that long to create and decorate a mug? I love the item, it’s just I paid a good amount of money for this and I expected it to be good
