I ordered a 2 mugs on April 17th my mother and sister for Mother’s Day! As of today May 11th I haven’t received no order and when u check status still states preparing for shipment After several weeks and still no update on my order I emailed Chiczero to find out where my order was since they took the funds out of my account right away. There was no phone number and emailing them was my only option. It took several days and 2 more emails to finally hear from them. I was told via an email reply that my order was A delay due to covid-19, but why does it still say preparing for shipment. I can’t see that was the case if my order has been shipped. I was looking forward to giving the mug as a gift. I have, and still do, order many items online and I have never had something lost in transit. Don't think I will ever order anything from them again.

I ordered 26 mugs for my nursing team, they were all well made in the exact format that I asked for. Whenever I made a query they responded straight away. Would definitely recommend and I will buy from them again!

The cup I gifted to my friend cracked during her first use.

Love these cup for my sister and they will love them when we all meet up after this covid.

Got the cups for my sister's for mother's day gave them to them early they both love them were all coffee drinkers and the cups were super great quality

I purchased this cup as a gift. She received her mug and was overjoyed! The mug took a while to arrive. Overall, I had a good experience.

The product is great. My issue is the lack of tracking once the item leaves the US. There should be a cross referenced tracking number. I did not know where the item was for two weeks.

Product suggestion: more options for body, hair, clothes. I’m in my 50s but had to choose a crop top!
