The 1st set of mugs were beautiful. I even showed my mom and she has placed 2 orders. But the second set of mugs I ordered 2 out of 3 mugs were messed up like some ink ran and was glazed on. I keep them but was disappointed.

The order was handled very good. It was sent in time and it was just like I wanted it to be. Well done.

I loved the mugs, they look beautiful and as pictured. The only thing that would keep me from ordering again was the inability to track the item. Chiczero did provide a tracking number via DHL and from there, very little to no update was available on the link. It also took a long time to arrive however it was likely due to the Covid pandemic. That aside, the mugs are great and I am happy with them! They arrived safely packaged and the images/text look great!

I ordered a single mug over a month ago. Got an email a month ago saying the mug was shipped and it still hasnt arrived. This is ridiculous. I am a very patient person but still not recieving an item when I got a shipment email is ridiculous.

The mug is really nice, I wish I had a picture to show you guys but I had it sent straight to my friend and she love it.

I ordered a mug first time and it came damaged in the post where it was put in a little tiny box not packaged properly at all and the gramme wasn't right on it.
They then sent me a replacement with the corre t gramme on it but again wasn't packed properly and came in the same sized box and arrived damaged again!
I have requested a refund but still waiting for my money back. I would recommend these at all.
