I found this company from Etsy website. And found the beautifully crafted puzzles . I ordered one for my friend’s new born grandson.
This gift arrived very timely and in great package condition. I am going to send it to my friend tomorrow. I am excited to see their response. Because this is a very special and unique gift specially made for the new born baby, which cannot be found anywhere in this city. Thank you.

Still haven’t received my item and still haven’t gotten a response on where my item is after emailing and asking the status a week ago. Poor customer service, not shipped in a timely manner.

Product not received

I placed my order on January 4th. I have yet to receive my order or an update on shipping. I have emailed the company twice with no response back. The money has already come out of my bank account. If I do not hear back from them I will report them to the better business bureau.

Awful awful awful!

Awful awful awful!! Do NOT order anything! I ordered the personalised car garage for my son’s birthday, paid for express shipping which confirmed delivery between 9-14th Jan. I receive an email on the 13th saying it’s delayed until 23rd! A week after his birthday. I naturally contact the company to complain and request a refund. The customer service got in touch to say “we never promised delivery by the 14th send us evidence we did” I’ve done this and they have now decided to ignore me!!!! I have since received an email from FedEx asking for customs and taxes payment for the item! £62 on top of the already £221 I have paid! disgusting, awful company!

Ordered and paid for expedited shipping. Item was due to be delivered before Christmas. Customer service was great but once item had shipped, I’m having trouble getting a response from customer service. When I check the tracking number it states item left facility but has stated this for 14 days now. Will update my review if and when product is received.

Never received my order

Never received my order. I ordered the first week of November it’s now December 23rd and I still haven’t received it. The tracking number they gave me was invalid. Buyer beware! I think this company is a scam

The toy I purchased is exactly what I ordered and I am pleased. However, the delivery process was vague and confusing. I was receiving emails stating I had received the product, even asking for a review when I had not received it. Additionally I tried the customer service phone number which didn’t work and received no reply to an email I sent. Customer service is very poor and I had to assume I was not going to receive my order. However, at the last minute I did receive it, more than two weeks after placing the order.

Non-responsive customer service

I ordered an item on Dec 1, 2025. I was given a tracking number that nows comes up as invalid. I have called and emailed with no response. Now I'm out $50 and missing a Christmas gift for my grandchild.

Lovely people in customer service who


Lovely people in customer service who helped me out when my order was slow to arrive. I ordered from this company on Etsy in first week of September and just received the items in first week of November. I was concerned about where the items were and why I didn't have them. The company told me that the delivery company needed my telephone number to process the delivery. So I gave it but was a bit uneasy as I didn't feel this was usual...but then I hadn't ordered handmade products from small businesses in Ukraine before. After this the products were still slow to arrive and I didn't have any updates of delivery dates on Etsy. So I raised a concern on Etsy and was given a refund in seconds when I hadn't asked for a refund but had asked for delivery. Child Universe contacted me and told me my items were a few days away. They were delivered soon after that contact. Child Universe insisted I keep the products and the refund. So grateful as I have no idea how to return a refund!?! And I don't want to return the products as I am happy with the quality and intend to give them as Christmas gifts.

The puzzle arrived safely

The puzzle arrived safely. It is very well made and very attractive. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected, however considering that it was made in the Ukranine, I think that it was fine. Honestly, when I first started the order I was surprised to learn that it was coming from the Ukraine. A couple questions I had were answered promptly. I am happy to able to help someone in the Ukraine continue their business!

I ordered the wooden name puzzle and


I ordered the wooden name puzzle and never received nor notification that it had been shipped to the address for the registry. I went online to track the item and got a message "cancelled, not needed". I emailed and asked what that meant and received no reply. Can you tell me the status of that order and if I have been credited for the order.
