On 8/2/2021 I ordered a rack of ribs and Salmon dinner. When i got home with the order, there were no sides and the ribs were charcoal (uneatable.) I call the restaurant right back. The person who answered the phone said the manager did not have the time to deal with this. You’ll have to call back. I did the next day the person on the phone said they will have the manager call me back. He also said i have to cut the new people slack. I never received a call. I called back and spoke with what he said was a manager. He could not find the order. I give him the order number. He said it doesn’t Exists. This is grap.

I have very strong broadband connection and top range TV. 4k works perfectly on Amazon and Netflix.
I have rented a couple of movies on Chilli as they were meant to be 4k and Amazon only had HD. But the picture quality was like standard definition upgraded by my TV. Really dull and blured. Not even close to 4K.
What's annoying is I paid 20% more renting on Chilli. They can try and blame the TV and broadband, but as I say 4k works fine on everything else.
I like the platform and choice of movies but their tech is poor at the moment.

Esperienza pessima e non lo consiglio a nessuno. Sto aspettando dal 19 di aprile un rimborso, e nonostante abbia già sollecitato due volte ad oggi ancora non mi è giunto nulla e mi viene data sempre la medesima risposta, ovvero che faranno lo storno sul pagamento e mi rimborseranno. Mi sono sinceramente stancata di aspettare perché non ci vuole quasi un mese per effettuare un rimborso e ho pagato pure con PayPal. La verità è che mi state semplicemente prendendo in giro e non mi volete restituire i soldi. Ci vuole serietà e con i clienti e sappiate che così ne state perdendo e basta.

Purtroppo l'assistenza Chili non fornisce nessun tipo di spiegazione. Ho chiesto di far valere più volte il diritto di recesso di ben due ordini, non effettuati da me, in quanto mi sono state rubate le credenziali e qualcuno ha fatto due acquisti per un totale di ben 70 euro (dvd materiali tra l'altro), per fortuna me ne sono accorta subito e ho mandato prontamente un messaggio all'assistenza, la quale mi ha detto che non potevano far nulla e avrei dovuto rivolgermi alla banca. Io ho specificato che ho il diritto di recesso e che volevo annullare quegli ordini da me mai effettuati, così da ricevere il rimborso. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile in quanto c'era stato un furto di credenziali e non avevo fatto io l'ordine. Ebbene io le credenziali le ho, ho cambiato la password non appena ho visto la violazione, ma come mai l'assistenza continua a dirmi che non è possibile recedere? In che senso? A chi spediranno quei dvd? Con Amazon non sarebbe mai successa una cosa del genere. Si tende a proteggere il cliente soprattutto da queste frodi. Se la cosa non viene sistemata in fretta, oltre a sconsigliarlo a chiunque provvederò ad agire per vie legali. Vergognosi.

Bought 2 films. Has taken 2 days yo watch one. Still trying to get it to work to watch the 2nd one. Constant errors. We have a 350meg connection. Everything else works fine.

My film didn't play even though the trailer worked , I sent all the details they asked for and they said they are contacting hisense TV company. For past 4 weeks now I've been getting the same email "we are working on your problem watch this space " . Good customer service would have given me another credit to try. Will never use them again .

This app used to work fine through my Samsung tv. I have bought 5 films via the app, all used to play fine. Now every time I try to watch a film the app crashes. 5 films I have paid for and now unlikely to be able to watch any via my tv. Yes the app has the latest version, and my internet speed is more than sufficient.

Sadly I can't rate chili beyond the fact I cannot install the app. It looks like it cannot be installed on an xbox one. My TV is fairly old so I can't put apps on it. I run all my streaming and apps through the xbox. I searched for the chili app but couldn't find it.

Pretty good rental service
Content is reasonably priced and there is lots of variety, and the VeryMe discount is always appreciated. Customer support is great too. What lets the service down is the lack of Roku and Airplay support .. it is 2021 and they only really support Chromecast and Smart TVs which is a shame.
Needs these integrations to truly allow us to watch contents on TV. No update on if/when these will ever be supported. I don't think it's too much to ask, that is, if you want to get ahead of your competitors.
Not had any issues with the streaming aspects; I rarely use my outdated Chromecast anymore. I would also say more films require subtitles.

Noleggiato per la prima volta un film: esordio pessimo. Il film si interrompe ogni 3 minuti circa e resta inchiodato per circa sei minuti. Assolutamente inguardabile. Sottolineo che ho una connessione con fibra che non ha mai dato problemi con altre piattaforme. Euro e (soprattutto) serata buttata. Sconsigliatissimo

Paid £9.99 for Soul to watch all set up.. Read all the smart tv advice and technical support and in theory should all work but just gives time out...error message. Tested on phones and tablets and works fine... App version 6.6.87 and tv software all definitely up to date.. All Internet connection more than sufficient.. I received an automated reply via help form which I completed but have heard nothing since!!!! Should not be this complicated.. Terrible service compared to equally priced competitors. I'd better get my money back if I can't get this fixed to watch tonight!

Two out of three times a positive experience - tonight it just wouldn't stream, kept stopping every five minutes and doing the circle of doom :/ Nothing to do with the internet (which was great). The other two times I had no problem.

Dopo aver ricevuto assistenza da addetti chili, ho riscontrato che il problema delle interruzioni continue durante la visione dei film, era dovuto all'esaurimento dei giga disponibili mensili, pertanto non da attribuire alla piattaforma chili. Grazie
