They lie through out the process and very pushy , no customer service once they got full money . They do not care about customer satisfaction. They Do not return the call if you try to contact them . This chair looks good, but without instructions it has done more harm than good. The instructions I got was “push this button “. Beware, as they get to sign a delivery docket which is actually a guarantee that you have received training on the unit. The younger bloke then wants you to write a review and he takes over writing it. Don’t be mislead by these shisters.
