Need an office chair? Don't buy it here!
Placed order for office chair on their online site. They didn't email me a receipt. However, I was able to retrieve it from their site. Two days later, I went on their site to look for a phone number to contact them. The phone number they showed on their site was missing a digit. I then sent them a request for tracking information concerning my order through their "Contact Us" page. As of a week after the initial order, they had not responded. I checked my order status on their website that same day and it showed "Cancelled". I never cancelled this order. The seller cancelled it and never sent me a notification as to why. They also never sent me a refund.
Seller does not provide a way to contact them directly by valid phone number or genuine email address. Additionally, the business address on their website appears to be a residence.
I ended up having to open a dispute through PayPal and eventually got my money back.
I truly believe this is a fraudulent site and would advise everyone to steer clear of doing any business with traderschair.com
