The Mr. Cool was easier to install than I expected. It is working extremely well! It is keeping the sunroom at a very comfortable 73 degrees whether it is 54 or 81 degrees outside.

I like the company, though I wasn't pleased with being charged $80 to cancel my order. The website is confusing, and I made the error of not realizing on Friday when I ordered that the system I ordered was not the Mr. Cool DYI unit. After reading the manual over the weekend, I called Monday morning to ask why the manual discussed needing to vacuum the unit. When I learned it was not a DYI, I had to cancel the order and was charged $80. I would like to re-order at a later date, but that charge was aggravating. Again, you need to mark the non-DYI with some indication in the header which afre non-DYI units. The representative was nice, and helpful hence I have marked an average three stars.

Once again-I have not installed the unit as I had gallbladder surgery and my friend’s entire household where I’m going to be installing the unit currently has the flu or Covid. I’ll let you know when installed and working.

Everything went smoothly. Ordering, delivery, etc. This my second MrCool and I would definitely order from Chill Mini Splits should I need a third one!

I had a great experience. Customer service was great. Delivery was excellent packaging was the best I have seen. Everything was secure on a pallet would purchase again.

I ordered a thing. They shipped it and the UPS delivered it to the wrong house. It was delivered to a gas station, definitely not the fault of Chill Mini Splits. They helped me contact UPS and find my package which was a pain. I'm completely happy with Chill Mini Splits and how they handled my issue. I would absolutely use them again.

We recently completed the installation of the Mr. Cool 5th generation Multi Zone Air Conditioner and Heat Pump, 36,000 BTU’s with two air handlers, on 18K and one 24K. The install was straight forward as the directions are clear and concise. The unit sits on a cement pad and a stand to get it off the ground as I live in the Northeast. I decided to paint the line set covers to match the house color. I also hired an electrician to provide power. I would highly recommend a Mr. Cool system from chillminisplit.com as their website is easy to navigate and allows you to find the exact system you need. My purchase experience was seemless, fast and easy. 5 star! Jim Quinn

We had questions about the product being delivered they were able to answer our questions. The customer service was very great with this company I would definitely use them again. We did end up ordering extra parts everything arrived in good condition

Shipping was slow ,everything thing else was OK.

Your website advertises 1 day to ship. It took 3 weeks until the unit shipped. False advertising. I should have purchased from a different source.

It shows delivered but I still have not receieved the Electrical Kit. I have emailed multiple times and left unreturned voicemails over the last several weeks and recieved no response. Not certain what to do.

For others, my recommendation is to purchase parts individually, not multiple parts all at once to mitigate the risk you find yourselves in my situation.

Order staff very helpful as I needed a three zone mini split. Shipment arrived timely. Haven got it installed yet but so far so good!

Unit looks very nice and wasn't bad to put together I'm a plumber so installation was easy .got the unit going I get somewhat cool air but it doesn't get very cold checked all connection all good so thinking it needs to be charged up

From the start we had excellent communications. When we had a sudden problem arise (on our part, not theirs) Devin was really great and helped us out immensely! Everything arrived packed safely and in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the Daikin products we ordered and the service we received from Chill Mini-Splits. Highly recommend!
