I paid extra for my nephews name to be added to the bottle. The text was so small it was very underwhelming and disappointing.
Thank you for your response but what is the point of saying itâs personalised when the text is just 1cm high on a bottle (the size of a small finger nail).
You really need to review this going forward as itâs just not worthwhile for a customer. £10 is just a compete rip off and I hope other customers read this and save their money.

Poor communication
I had notification that the bottles were delivered but they werenât received. I used the online system and the person looked into it. I was shown a picture of what wasnât our address and someone picking the bottles up.
We left no instructions about an alternative safe place. We were told it was door number 31 but they did not receive it either. We would never have put down this number as we donât know the people living there. I asked for a refund on delivery. I was told it would be up to ten days to look into it, I have had no communication.

Suggested Improvement for the Series 1 Bottles:
While I love the classic design, the standard Series 1 caps could use a functional upgrade for direct drinking. It would be a massive improvement if Chilly's introduced a built-in protective cover for the mouthpiece. Having a guard to shield the drinking area from dirt and germs would keep it much more hygienic for daily, on-the-go use.
Overall, it's a fantastic brand with excellent service. With just a small tweak to the cap hygiene, it would be absolutely perfect!

We have been using 500ml Chilly bottles for some time. This 750ml bottle is just as effective. Initially the O ring was not bedding very well. However, your instructions were clear and helpful; now all is fine. The ability to keep liquids cold for 24 hours is not an idle boast: they do; a blessing in the recent very hot weather.

Ha dejado de guardar el frio
Tengo una botella grande desde hace dos años que funciona perfectamente pero por desgracia la pequeña que tengo tras un año, en la que solo la habÃa utilizado el verano pasado y ha estado guardada hasta ahora, no mantiene el agua frÃa y si echo agua caliente se calienta la parte externa de la botella por lo que entiendo que ha perdido el vacÃo. No lo entiendo porque apenas la hemos utilizado y tenemos siempre mucho cuidado de que no se golpee con otros objetos. Esto mismo me pasó con la otra botella pequeña que tenÃamos y que al año tampoco conservaba ya el frÃo. Great company. Quality products that actually do keep your water cool for the amount of time they say, unlike cheaper inferior products. The range of replacement bottle heads and types is also really good.
