We're sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with your bottles.

As our bottles are made from stainless steel, they can become dented if they experience an impact, even if they're only knocked over. However, the carry loop shouldn't begin fraying after normal use, so we'd like to take a closer look at this.

We'll be reaching out to you directly to gather a little more information about the loops and see how we can best help.
