Hallo ingrid,

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie den Inhalt Ihrer Flip Bottle nicht vollständig austrinken können. Der Edelstahl-Trinkhalm ist ausziehbar und sollte bis zum Boden der Flasche reichen, daher klingt das nicht nach dem vorgesehenen Verhalten.

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced leaking with your Flip Bottle. While our Flip Bottles are designed to be leak-resistant rather than 100% leakproof, you shouldn't need to adjust the lid each time to help prevent leaks during normal use.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous rencontrez un problème de fuite avec votre gourde Flip. Bien que nos gourdes Flip soient conçues pour être résistantes aux fuites et non totalement étanches, elles doivent tout de même limiter les fuites dans le cadre d'une utilisation normale. C'est pourquoi nous aimerions mieux comprendre ce qui s'est passé.
