We're delighted to hear that you're happy with both our products and our shop, though we're very sorry that the delivery experience didn't meet your expectations.

Sadly, we're not automatically notified when individual parcels are delayed or held up in customs, so we rely on customers keeping an eye on their tracking information and letting us know if something doesn't seem right. Once we're made aware of an issue, we can investigate it with the courier and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. That said, this is no excuse for the experience you've had, and I'm truly sorry that we weren't able to assist you sooner.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding deliveries to the EU. We understand that customs processing can sometimes result in delays, and we'll be sure to pass your comments on internally as we continually look for ways to improve the information we provide to our customers.

Un grand merci pour votre charmant avis ! Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous appréciez vos bouteilles Chilly's et qu'elles conservent si bien la fraîcheur de vos boissons.

Nous sommes désolés qu'une de vos bouteilles ne vous soit pas parvenue dans son emballage en carton, d'autant plus qu'elle était destinée à être offerte en cadeau.

Nous sommes actuellement en train de passer de nos tubes à des emballages et sacs plus durables ; vous remarquerez donc peut-être un mélange d’emballages dans vos commandes pendant la mise en place de ce changement. Cela nous permet de réduire de 70 % nos emballages directs tout en continuant à protéger nos produits.
