Metto 1 stella perché di meno non si può dare. Pacco mai arrivato anche se loro affermano che lo hanno consegnato. Falsi e truffatori. Ringrazio comunque il venditore per il rimborso.

China post was used to deliver my package from china to United Kingdom. It’s say delivered but no package at the property. Now it took 29 days to get delivered and no update for two weeks. Contacted the seller for a refund but they was playing hard ball. So I made a claim through my bank. Which I got a full refund. After the tracking updated on Christmas Day it say out for delivery wow. So on Boxing Day it say delivered. No package received. What a scam beware of china post.

China post was used to ship my parcel from China It’s now a month and no parcel Customs held til Fee was paid,but still no parcel.

After all look to all comments and responses, i have found that you r also involve to scam people. You hire your own person to make 5 star review just to mention u r not same company 😂😂😂😂😂sacmmer scammer scammer. If you have any self respect left and if you r really saying true, you should break all tied with scammer company but you r justifying. Its prove u r a crime partner. I dont have option write without star otherwise my rate🤮🖕👎

Avoid China post. My order states it’s been delivered. But no sign of delivery. 29 days I’ve waited. Lost over £100. It’s a scam. China post is involved or how it’s says it’s going via customs then clearance etc

Auf der Website Universal Parcel Tracking habe ich alle Pakete/Päckchen gefunden die in Deutschland unauffindbar waren,
Erwarte eine Sendung aus GB, prompt gefunden bei Deutsche Post/DHL eCommerce nicht auffindbar.
Ist doch komisch.
Habe die Seite schon oft genutzt bin sehr zufrieden weiter so.
Auf Deutsch wäre toll,muss wohl mein Schulenglisch aufbessern.🫣👍😂

China post is scam
I have ordered two items and now showed status delivered,which was never delivered,I confirmed from everywhere

I ordered a parcel over 2 months ago? Got a message from seller letting me know its on its way to me via China post and Guangzhou logistics. Yes youve guessed it has not arrived on the day they said? I have been in contact several times to find out whats going on. As far as there concerned its been delivered thats it. I have asked for the couriers they use in the UK London in perticular, but they wont respond!!!!. Ive not got my parcel plus i have lost my cash too. So i would not use these companys if i was you!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Company is a con showing you where item has been but can't tell you who delivered item and proof of delivery they are just as bad as company who is conning you when buying keep well away from this company

Cela fait la deuxième fois que je ne reçois pas mes colis avec cette société de transport indiqué comme livrer mais aucun suivi et personne ne sait où se trouve mes colis.

Le site eurbigfreigabe.com, m'annonce une livraison avec succès... jamais reçue malgré les prétendus annonces opérée par chinapost.
Pourquoi le site fait-il le relais d'agence douteuse?
Malgré le retour , un annonceur doit assumer sa responsabilité quant à la crédibilité de ses relais qu'il
diffuse.
Peu importe votre relai, vous etes responsable de sa diffusion.
Je réitère ma critique première en dénonçant le manque de crédit du site : eurbigfreigabe " pour ne pas respecter ses suivis et son caractère mensonger.
Ma commande serait toujours en cours de livraison malgré un suivi indiquant : livré avec succès.
Ce site engage le crédit de leur suivi

Je retire mon avis sur china post et colis privé livrable en france , un peut compliqué au départ , mais super quand vous les avait au tel et très réactif, merci à très bientôt

If I could give 0 then I would. Ordered a climbing frame at the start of April. Followed all of the tracking and now it states it’s been delivered, which it hasn’t, I’ve contacted china post and Costco who was the supplier - which I thought would be reputable. So disappointed it’s unreal

If I could give zero stars I would, after 6 weeks I received a message via PayPal that my parcel was delivered, this was untrue, I never received the parcel, luckily PayPal refunded me 2 weeks earlier when I could not get any reasonable response from the supplier cokene.com

The worst delivery company, don’t ever except
china post, they take your package and I have been trying to get hold of china post but they blocked everything email I used to email them. The government need to do something about it is a big issue. China post how do you feel at night when you taking people hard working money for free. Shame on you
