My site is not a delivery service. We provide to track parcels from more than 600 carriers from China but we are not China Post (ems.com.cn)

Apparently, you confused my website with the carrier’s website, and since you didn’t receive the parcel, you gave it a bad rating. But I assure you my site works perfectly. I provide parcel data only from the official websites of carriers. If you have a problem with your package, then you need to contact your carrier directly.

ems.com.cn is your carrier. Why did you rate our site?

To understand, we are the universal parcel tracking system. We support more than 600 carriers and ems.com.cn, too. We provide tracking data from the official carrier sites.

I suggest contacting your official carrier, ems.com.cn, and the online store where you buy goods.

Our goal is to provide all the data about the parcel from various resources. We are an information service and not a carrier or online store. We cope with this task very well. Correct your erroneous rating or remove it.

It looks like you are looking for your carrier, but we are not China Post
If you need to contact China Post, you should visit the official carrier site: https://www.ems.com.cn/english/

Please either modify the rate or remove it completely.

We cannot detect if you were scammed because the real carrier does not know about it, and nobody else knows about it until the parcel is delivered to the real recipient. If you have been scammed, it is important to check the online store before making a purchase and to read reviews about the store to avoid being tempted by low prices.
