We are a universal parcel tracking service, not a delivery service. We get tracking data from the official carrier site.
For example https://chinapost-track.com/track-trace/AS850635948CN
Visit the official carrier https://www.ems.com.cn/queryLogistics and track there, too, and you will get the same tracking data.

If you have a problem with the parcel, I suggest opening the issue on the online store site or contacting your carrier directly.

China Post Tracking is a universal parcel tracking site, and we are not China Post. It seems like you may have rated the wrong site. If you are having any issues with your parcel, please contact your official carrier site https://www.ems.com.cn/ or the online store you purchased from in order to receive a refund.
