The experience was very smooth. Very nice people. They explain to me everything I’m quite happy.

Holly at Chip Reverse Mortgage was our initial contact when we first looked into this product. She with out rushing us kept in touch until we had all our questions answered. It took approximately 3.5 weeks to finalize our funds which was through an easy and open process. We were never rushed and Holly always replied to out questions and concerns immediately. All said and done, great product for our needs and great service specially form Holly.
