I bought a jumper 1 month ago and still haven't received anything...very poor considering there warehouse apparently is in Australia...dont buy anything from this company there scammers be very careful...I will never order anything from the company again I would rather go to the shops and buy it...WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM CHLOE MELBOURNE..😡😡😡

A Chloe Love Story – From Nomade to Atelier des Fleurs
As a long-time fan of Chloé perfumes, my journey started with their Nomade line—Nuit d'Égypte and Jasmine were my go-to scents for a while. Even though I’ve never been much of a floral perfume person, something about Chloé’s take on florals just has that va-va-voom quality. It’s elegant but never too much, always wearable, and just... captivating.
Recently, I discovered their Atelier des Fleurs collection, and honestly? I think I’ve fallen even more in love. Each scent in the line feels like a little story in a bottle—beautiful, simple, and rich in character.
I had my heart set on Tuberosa, my absolute favorite from the line, but the price tag for the larger bottle gave me pause (no 50ml option, unfortunately). So instead, I picked up Ylang Cananga in the 50ml size—and wow, no regrets whatsoever.
It’s a soft, floral scent with just the right touch of sweetness. Delicate but still present, and it lingers on clothes in the loveliest way. It’s a perfect summer fragrance—light, joyful, and quietly luxurious. Definitely a “treat myself” kind of buy, and one I keep reaching for.
Chloé continues to surprise me in the best way. Even as someone who usually avoids florals, their perfumes just have that unique charm that keeps me coming back.

I ordered two dresses from Chloe and Mason (ordered June 10th, delivered June 28th) and upon trying them on, I realized that I needed a bigger size of one of the dresses. I got in touch with them via email and let them know that I would like a bigger size on one of them. They wrote back to offer me the bigger size for an additional payment of $9.95. Since the return of the dress would have probably cost me close to that amount in shipping, I said yes to their offer. They hey then sent me a new invoice but this time, I could only pay via PayPal, not with a credit card as I had originally done. I write back and told them to change that in the new invoice, they wrote to say that they have had a ‘technical issue’ so they would get back to me as soon as they fixed it. Well, it’s July 14th today and I haven’t heard a peep from them. Needless to say my initial payment of $54.95 had now gone down the drain. I’m never ordering from them again.
(In the meantime they have also had me email them multiple times with the item number, a picture of the item, etc)
Pleased don’t buy from them. It’s a total scam.

Possibly the poorest quality item I’ve ever seen. It isn’t anything as it’s advertised. The fit has no style to it. The workmanship is unbelievably poor and the fabric is nothing as it was described. They were responsive enough to get back immediately that I wanted to return it, but I had to pay Shipping and guess where it would go to China. Can you imagine what that would cost. I’ll be donating it to one of our local thrift shops or just plain throw it away.

No stars! After a month I got an email saying my delivery failed and I should contact the delivery service for more details. No delivery service is given except in a previous email where it said it was coming from China. How could I be so stupid! This is a scam!

Ragazzi che dire, il customer service non risponde. Mi hanno spedito un pacco vuoto, ho documentato tutto e non mi hanno mai rimborsata o risposto.
Non comprate le loro cose se non volete perdere un sacco di soldi.
Ho comprato dal sito ufficiale con tanto di email numero d’ordine e loro che mi dicono che era colpa di ups. Ma a me non interessa, so solo che ho pagato per una cosa mia ricevuta…

wrong fit, material incorrect, . emailed within 12 hours after receiving item which was 3 weeks after order, (should have been a clue). no address of store or phone number, Only an email. send 2 more emails, was offered 4 options:
1.. 15% refund
2. credit on my next (NOT) order
3. no phone to contact or physical address.
4. GIVE IT AWAY

I am fighting this with my credit card company.

Site chinois, pourtant annonce "Cloé boutique" avec un couple en photo sur leur site.
J ai commandé 2 chemisiers, recu 1 fleuri
( commandé) et le second un rouge au lieu
d'un bleu commandé. Tissu synthétique
( moche et inconfortable) après plusieurs échanges par mail, ils refusent de me les reprendre car soi disant " liquidation" en sachant que celle ci est permanente. Pour le chemisier rouge reçu, je devais recevoir le bleu que je ne verrai jamais je pense. Je suis en train de faire le nécessaire auprès des services de répression des fraudes! Sur un échange récent, on m' a propose un remboursement de 20%, j ai demandé 40% et mon chemisier bleu ! Plus de nouvelles

Surtout ne pas commander sur ce site de produits chinois . Les photos des articles sont plutôt flatteuses mais n’ont absolument rien à voir avec le colis reçu …et le plus fort , pas de retour possible car les produits sont vendus avec une promotion et quand vous prenez le temps de lire les conditions de retour, sont exclus des retours , les articles en promotion et ils le sont tous … chercher l’arnaque !! Malgré une réexpédition à mes frais apres leur acceptation « exceptionnelle »d’une reprise , plus de nouvelles , doublement voleur …fuyez ce site . Pour la part j’ai monté un dossier adressé DGCCRF

If zero stars were an option, that's the one I'd select.

Briefly, ordered three blouses. Two of the three are incorrect; one is a completely different blouse, the other is the wrong color. The fabric is the worst I've ever felt. Returns need to be shipped to China at buyers expense. Unbelievable.

I've disputed the charges with my credit card issuer for the two blouses.

Do not buy from this company! Buyer beware!

They have cute items in their shop but when you get one it’s not at all like what the description says it is! I ordered a cute cotton linen color blocked shirt and what I received was a cheap polyester screen printed shirt that was printed blurry! Very overpriced for what I got!!
Never again!

Package showed delivered but it was not delivered to me. Contacted company with NO RESPONSE! I’ve emailed several times about it office and they will not contact me back! SCAM! Do not trust!

Warning!! Chloe and Mason clothing is a scam. It appears you are ordering from New York. When the item arrives it is from an address in Dallas. Material is cheap rayon and your normal size 2X is too small. When you contact them, they you a discount to keep, when you refuse, that offer goes to 50%, when you refuse, they say only if you return to China at your own expense, they will give you a full refund. They are guilty of false advertising and do not honor a simple return. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!

J ai commandé une robe soi disant cousue main en coton : arnaque complète, celle reçue est en polyester, rien à voir avec la photo, fabriquée et envoyée de chine. Les couleurs sont totalement différentes. Et pour le remboursement impossible. Ils traînent des 4 fers. NE JAMAIS COMMANDER SUR CE SITE
