After a bad experience with another broker but especially the dealership. Jay @ choose my car was exceptionally understanding and had me into another vehicle within days of contacting them. Would strongly recommend if you are looking for a broker to get you into a new vehicle other staff I spoke with knew who I was and connecting me with Jay if required. Top Service

I was struggling to get a car for the past 2 months but after speaking to choose my car I got a car with a few days which was unbelievable because I had lost hope. Easy to apply, once we were through our personal car buyer (Harry I believe) he was swift and wanted to help as much as possible. He was clear with what to expect, how things were going to be handled and helped every possible way he could.

the whole process was nice and easy. I was really busy with work so didn't have time to talk on the phone so I was able to use texts to get everything started until I was available to talk on the phone. a quick 30 minute call and a few tasks sent to me and I was done. picked my car up the next day and it's now sat outside my house. Joel was exceptional and made sure I understood the entire process, can't thank him and choose my car enough.
