I spoke to a man called Filip over a period of a couple days to help with getting finance on my first car and he was brilliant he had so much patience for me as someone who doesn’t have a clue about cars he described everything perfectly and was so polite I couldn’t fault him he did his absolute best to help me find the perfect car after having so many let downs with cars already being reserved or sold he really kept my hopes up so thank you Filip Zuto are lucky to have you :)

Very easy to use service, a one man contact point (who was exceptional), I will definetely use again.

I went through Zuto after having a bad experience with a different company recently, I spoke to Shaz, who was highly professional, helpful and brilliant. Found me my ideal car within minutes and everything was set up within reasonable time. Amazing experience from start to finish 🙌

Another update and still getting worse. If you follow their automated response you will know no one has contacted me as I stated.
I’ve now had no car for 7 weeks and 2.5k in and they just fob me off. As I said again don’t touch them and don’t buy the useless warranty which they won’t cancel. Do yourself a massive favour and buy a car somewhere else. I SOOOOO wished I had gone to the other garage.
