I bought a car one hour later and picked it up tday friday . Would never go anywere else and i live in swinton . Thanks alot again Grace .

I called in Chorley Group Kia, at Blackpool with my son in law, to see what a deal I could get to change my Kia Sorento, to a new one. I have been really happy with my Sorento, which I purchased there also. Paul Servant greeted us on arrival, and immediately put us at ease. He went through all the options with us, and explained the latest finance arrangements .I made my order then, on our first visit. When we left, my son in law said he couldn't beleive what a great deal I had got with Chorley Group Kia at Blackpool ! With my previous Kia Sorento purchase , I was recommended to Chorley Group , by my neighbour, who said they were good to deal with . When I took delivery of my new Sorento, I was most happy to find they had given me a full tank of fuel !
They are very good to deal with. Most Happy.

Bought a Kia Rio from here about 3 months ago and we had an overall great experience. After our test drive we had noted something wrong with the car interior and David Gore assisted us and made sure the issue was going to be resolved. Within a few days we collected it and it was waiting for us, ready to go. So far the car has been great and we have had no issues. We will definitely come here again should we want to buy a new car. Very good customer service!

I purchased a 2021 kia sportage from this company on 9/9/25. It had a couple of snaggy bits so It had to go back to their showroom for these (which I agreed to) I also mentioned that there was a clutch judder & i was told that they would check it when it went back. They collected my car from my home on 28/10/25 & they left me a courtesy car. They said that it would be best if the person (Dave) that collected my car from me took it to his home & used it for the weekent to detect the judder, which he did. They told me several times that they would book & have booked ramp space to strip my car but never did. Roll on 3 weeks later, they still had my car & they only did a judder test & said that as my car has the remainder of the 7 year Kia manufacturer warranty the judder needs to get worse before Kia will pay for it & they themselves didn't want to bare the cost of stripping my car. Oliver also said that we can keep an eye on the judder & when it meets what Kia deems to be a certain level, they will then fix it. I said i wasn't happy so Oliver asked me if I wanted to part exchange it with them but I would have to pay more as they only had more expensive cars in atm. I said why would I part ex a car that I've only had for 10 weeks & you've had it 3 of those weeks. I asked him, out of curiosity how much would you give me in part ex. He replied that I'd lose more money as when my car came in to them, the workshop said that it stunk heavily of smoke. I could not believe what he said as I do not smoke & nobody has ever smoked in my car. He also said I'd lose money for wear & tear. My car was returned to me the next day by Dave & it did stink of smoke. I asked Dave do you smoke Dave & his reply was, no, do you want to smell me (very professional) I felt so trapped with this car as nobody wanted to help me sort this problem. On 26/1/26 took my car to another kia dealer. They did an inspection & their report said that the clutch judder needs looking at urgently & they also discovered an oil leak. I phoned chorley group & told Declan about the oil leak & that I still wasn't happy about the judder & i didn't intend to buy a car with a judder, he said exactly the same as Oliver & that sportages are known to have clutch judder. I then told him about the report on it from another kia dealer & he arranged for my car to be collected. Yes i got another courtesy car & was basically made to feel that i should be grateful to them as it was costing them £20 per day from their budget to loan me the car. They did another judder test & it now qualifies for Kia themselves to pay for it. I sent him an email for Declan to agree to my terms & conditions as I've been messed around so much. Had hardly any phone calls from them, I had to do most of the calling & I've asked for the area manager to call me, still waiting. I told them I'd give them 2 weeks max to fix my car as under consumer law I only have to give them 1 chance to fix it after the first 30 days, but within 6 months & i could reject the car for a refund. they've had that chance but I will give them the benefit of doubt. I told Oliver this & his response was that he hasn't been there long enough to know about refunds (he's been there years) Still no phone call back so I phoned them. Was then told my car wouldn't be ready for another few days so I'd just had enough & i put a complaint in & asked for the refund process to begin. I again asked for a more senior manager to call me. I'M STILL WAITING.

WARNING: DO NOT RELY on the 7-Year KIA Warranty – My Chorley Group Kia Experience
I am writing this review to advise other potential buyers and Kia owners to exercise extreme caution regarding both the Kia 7-Year Warranty and the service practices at Chorley Group Kia.
The Issue: Premature Clutch Failure
My vehicle , developed a severe clutch judder at only 35,000 miles. Clutches should typically last between 60,000–100,000 miles.
Despite the low mileage, Chorley Group Kia denied my warranty claim, asserting the failure was due to “wear and tear.” This claim is unacceptable. The clutch judder is a common, widely reported manufacturing defect for this model, indicating a premature failure that should be covered. I am a highly careful driver, often transporting my three children.
Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct
During the initial diagnostic appointment, the dealership attempted to coerce me into purchasing overpriced tires. They improperly delayed the release of my vehicle, citing marginally non-compliant tires, until I agreed to their terms.Stating they could not release the vehicle due to illegal tyres. Until I stated I am not obliged to get them from them as they are alot cheaper else were. They then agreed to release the vehicle with a signed declaration. But i agreed to these tyres due to me needing the work done under warranty. This conduct delayed the actual warranty assessment and placed me under undue pressure.
The Bottom Line
When faced with a genuine mechanical failure that is clearly a known defect, Kia and Chorley Group Kia have chosen to hide behind the fine print of “wear and tear,” refusing a repair that costs over £1,000.
The 7-Year Warranty appears to be misleading, as crucial components are unfairly excluded. I strongly advise prospective buyers to thoroughly investigate known defects before purchasing.
STAY AWAY from Chorley Group Kia if you expect fair service or a legitimate warranty claim.

Did a trade in and upgrade of my Kia Stonic. The whole process was smoothly managed by David, who took time to explain everything and arrange all the paperwork.
Thanks also to Harris who managed the handover and driveaway professionally.
It's actually my 3rd car from Kia Blackpool and each time the experience has been as pleasureable as it can be when you're parting with £thousands, I would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn’t fault him and the service I received. Other employee (didn’t catch his name) was really pleasant too chatted away to my uncle and my little girl whilst I sorted things out.
