Do not recommend this agency.
I booked a trip to Cyprus with my family and the plane had more them 10 hours delay. The only compensation was 100 euro for the next trip with them, never again.
After that they gave us a free tour for Larnaca. The bus also had 2 hours delay. We made the trip by ourselves. Also the guide in Ayia Napa was not in the hotel at the established time. We waited 15 minutes for her, but no sign of her.
3 years ago was not like this, so disappointed.

Am vrut sa le fac o surpriza copiilor,i-am trimis in Egipt prin intermediul aceste agentii la sfarsitul lunii mai,totul bine pana la intoarcere ,cand ajunsi in aeroport copiii au constatat ca nu exista zborul de intoarcere!!!!
4 tineri cu varste cuprinse intre 17-22 ani intr-un aeroport la mii de km distanta ,seara,fara zbor de intoarcere,inchipuiti-va ca mama ce am.putut simti in acele momente.
Am sunat la agentie ,care ne-a spus ca zborul de fapt era dimineata la10 si nu la 18,55,asa cum era pe rezervare,iar ei nu si-au asumat vina necomunicarii modificarii,lasand totul in sarcina ghidului,care fiind contactat a dat vina pe agentie.
Intr-un final am reusit sa cumparam bilete de intoarcere a doua zi ,bineinteles cu preturi pe masura,fiind asa din scurt.
Vom actiona agentia in instanta cat de curand pentru acest incident major.

I lost 1,600 RON because the agent at the Christian Tour desk misinformed me. I asked about getting a STORNO insurance (which was clearly mentioned in the contract), but the person said, “You don't need it, since it's a trip inside Romania.”
That false information cost me the full value of my trip to Tara Hategului when I had to cancel due to a medical issue.

Very disappointing. Be careful — always double-check everything, and don't rely solely on what they tell you at the agency.

Worst experience in Egipt. Very dirty hotel, bad food, the guide asked us duble the money of the optional trips and rushed us everywhere except in the shops where he had a comision. The guide that we already payed ( Mohamed ) was scamming us all thru the trip into paying more for the optional activities. Now flight is delayed 5 hours.

I do not recommend this agency, It is completely unprofessional, without the most basic interest in the client.
I organized a vacation in Kenya through them. Everything that concerned them was a failure.

Very very unprofessional, they even lost my girlfriend in the middle of nowhere. If I'm not getting my money back, full story coming soon

08/06/2022-15/06/2022: Costa Amalfitana: hotel asa zis de 4 stele a servit doar o ciorba apa goala, paste cu un pic de sos de leguma si sa-i zicem carne fara gust, totul de foarte proasta calitate si la fel zi de zi. In camere nu s-a facut curatenie in cele 6 zile. In ultima seara ne-au mutat la un alt hotel, overbooking. A fost voiaj de seniori, au trebuit sa face sindesfaca din nou valizele si boooking ul din nou. Hotelul era pe un deal, despartit de restaurant printr-o sosea principala pe care treceau intr-una masini si fara trecere de pietoni. La cina i-au servit mamei mele 4-5 bucati de filete de peste care ramasesera de la alti clienti!!! Si, cand am intrebat seful ospatarilor, nici un Imi pare rau, a fost o greseala, nimic, a zis doar: Nu mai avem peste.
Ghidul ne-a dus la un restaurant la doar 10 minute de centrul orasului cu autocarul unde nu mai era absolut nimic in jur, si unde nu ne-au aratat nici un meniu cu preturi. Te obligau sa iei meniul pe care ti-l dadeau ei fara pret scris nicaieri. Chiar daca vroiai doar o salata sau alteración, te obligau sa platesti tot pretul intregului meniu. Nu a fost problema de limba, caci eu vorbesc italiana. Chiar s-a rastit la mine cand am cerut meniul.
As avea mai multe de spus dar nu se pot publica recenzii lungi.
Acesta a fost concediul deloc ieftin, pentru care am strans bani tot anul.

Very poor circuit organization. Accommodation in hotel very far away from city center - London.
Do not book with them!

once you signup for any vacations with these guys you will be bombarded with emails with advertisements, the option to unsubscribe is invalid, You click on unsubscribe a couple times then they are telling you you were unsubscribed. Next day you receive an email that unsubscribe did not work. Customer service are claiming that unsubscribe is is working but is not. Do not give your email to them. I tried to block the domain but it seems that they are using various domains to get to you. Annoying garbage filling your email box. AVOID this travel agency !!!
