Flimsy product, delivery awful

I ordered Christow's narrow shed and took the trouble to call ahead re delivery. I live in central London, so leaving a shed out the front is high risk. Corresponding with the company is not easy - the call centre can give no information except they don't know which delivery company will be used or whether there's any flexibility. XPD had no flexibility, indeed just 2 hours notice the delivery is coming and no possibility to change it. Inevitably I was away when it came grrr! The shed itself is fine, but quite flimsy, so add in the extra cost of varnishing it to the price you pay.

Fantastic quality

Great service, fast friendly delivery. We have bought 3 units from Chritow and they are great quality at a great price. Very easy to assemble, good instructions. Units come in nice colours and blended straight in with the decor. They are sturdy and look good. Will definitely buy from again.

SHED no tears!

I ordered the sentry box shed with some trepidation. My DIY skills are almost non-existent and with breathing difficulties and a recent major cancer operation I was concerned about assembling and moving the finished article. The package was delivered and I began the unpacking noticing how well all the components had been packaged. The assembly was easy with the guide holes perfectly aligned and the constituent screws well labelled. Inside one hour the shed was erected and moved to its permanent location and filled with tools and garden bits and pieces. A delight to build and a useful addition to the garden. thank you

Great customer service.

Great customer service..

There was a slight damage to one part only. I contacted them and a replacement was sent to me within less than 2 days. Thank you very much for the support.
