very clear communication
and the perfect intermediate with the money being held on the "escrow" account which makes you (as in "me being first time buyer on this website") very confident.

Fraud: "Certified Partner" but watch is defective. delivered with Certificate "not waterproof" but sold "waterproof"

I report a fraudulent description regarding my recent purchase Rolex Explorer II:
The item was explicitly advertised and sold with a Certificate and as "waterproof." However, the watch arrived defective, and the included certificate explicitly states that it is "not waterproof."
This is a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation. Since the item is defective and does not match the product description, I request a full refund immediately. Please provide a prepaid shipping label so I can return the item.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. I did a video when unpacking.
