I bought a gift for my girlfriend and she really liked it, thank you so much!

Dress fits perfectly. Quick delivery.

I ordered 3 tops, all were poor quality and bad fits,one was faulty, it was a black top with a cream band at the top which was covered in black pieces as if it had been washed 20 times. Customer service was appalling, I was offered 15 dollars and I'd spent over a hundred. No returns policy eventually I was told I could return at my expense to Dubia no guarantee of any refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDEŔ FROM THIS WEBSITE

Not satisfied with material. Very flimsy and almost see through.

I received a dress in the post. There was no return form in the packet.
The dress is not suitable - after many mails they write to say they will compensate !!!!! me with 11 USD dollars ! and I don’t need to send it back .
I WANT to send it back and I want a full refund. I am well within ( for now) the 28 days.
So unprofessional - I’m shocked. Has anyone got a return address ???

The clothes are really beautiful at great prices! All fit well and are so comfortable and soft!

Recd 2 pcs pink pant suite w/silver embellishment on collar and waste. The embellishment is pink, looks and feels cheap. $70 purchase would only give me a $30 credit, after requesting a full credit 3 times. advised return at my expense cost of $35. Able to keep item, but will not wear. Very disappointed.

The sweater ordered has been delivered very quickly and is, this time, what I expected to receive.
I really enjoy wearing it. It's very comfortable and I really like its design.

The dresses are very good quality and fit, and I'm very pleased with them. The downside of the transaction is that the charge to the card is in US dollars which isn't made clear at the time of purchase and delivery is extended. None of which is an issue but could have been explained at the time. Sizing is accurate, style is really good and true to the images.

Delivery was extremely slow but the garments look really nice

Customer service attrocious. Informal and unprofessional. Chrotta sent me the incorrect item and refused to refund me. After several emails, they agreed to refund half the amount. When l asked why they don't just refund me the full amount, there was no comment. The item they sent me is nothing l could ever wear. Otherwise we wouldn't be having this problem.
Shame on you Chrotta!

This company processed my order well, delivery was a little tardy, but could be dealt with a shrug of the shoulders. The items, were acceptable for the price, but would likely not pass one season. (I will add, I saw a dress ordered by a friend and it looked very good)
However, they did not fit, and I returned them the next day obtaining a tracked receipt of postage. I emailed the company to explain, and they asked me to keep the items, as postage was expensive. I declined, and said I would expect a refund. Four months later, I have not received a refund.
I was told this Company was American, but I have bought from Companies in America, and been happy with the service I received, which is why I tried Chrotta.

They are a terrible company I've tried to obtain a refund and had no response
I should have known from their insta page that they are a sham company making money out their customers

Worst online company I have ever purchased from. Paid USD116. for 3 dresses. They did not fit well. Asked for a return label & requested details of where to send returns also requesting full refund. 3 emails received offering USD10, then USD20 & finally the best they could do is USD50 to keep goods that don't fit and can't use - a loss of $66 US for me. Apparently, their warehouse is in Dubai (not stated anywhere on their Website) and the cost for the return is very expensive. Make sure to read their return policy.

I really liked the two dresses I bought and they also fit quite well.
