Absolutely fantastic, everytime I've been I have been treated with respect. Dr Yvonne Hopkins and her team are all brilliant, they make you feel welcome it's like being part of there family . Well done, I have used them for many years and will keep using them . A big thank you .

From the moment you walk in , your greeted with a friendly "Welcome " from both Mell & Marnie on the desk.
Booked in ready for Two fillings with Dr. Hussain. Although like most I dont like going.
Dr. Hussain, Nurse and desk staff made the experience easier and put me at ease with my phobia.
Fully recommend this Top level practice.

I am a patient of Nelson just had required treatment last Thursday more appoinments in future Nelson explained every thing and all options at the beginning and so far more than happy with whats been done, In fact the temp pate he had made is far better than i expecyed so no complaints first class service sent me home with a goodie bag and full after care instructions no problems Clive Rush

I am delighted to write a review about Church Green Dental and, particularly, about my dentist Yoganandda Kempegowda or Yoga as he is happy to be addressed.

I have been a patient of Yoga for some 15 years (as have most of my extended family) - I have a problem with gag reflex and a general fear of dentistry as my condition makes it difficult to be rushed. Yoga's skill and patience is exemplary but like all things we become used to, we forget.

He had been working at another practice and at the same time I moved a little further away, so a couple of years ago I started using a local private dentist (£100 for a diagnosis, £650 for a root canal filling etc) - they completly messed up a root canal so I sought out Yoga and by good fortune he had just started at Church Green Dentist in Witney.

After just one (long) visit I am back in the hands of a true professional who cares more about your teeth than anything else!

First class dental practice Both Mr Wilson and Mr Sullivan excellent dentist always with the utmost regards for their patients,with support from an excellent staff of nurse's and receptionist. There is a warm pleasant welcoming atmosphere in the surgery,I have been a patient for many many years and my daughter also and we have always been given excellent treatment and care.

Been a nhs patient here for over 15 years - always very happy with them until now. Called to make an appointment, for a check up and told I’ve been taken off the nhs list, I’d been seen in the last 3 years but not the last 2 - without letting me know they’ve taken me off the list, but will see my as a private patient, cost of check up and clean £180 ! Receptionsist just kept telling me ‘it’s nhs policy to remove patients who haven’t been seen within 2 years’ - when I asked why didn’t they send a reminder text like they used to I was told there were too many patients? But that never used to stop them sending reminder texts that a check up was due ?? just another example of stokey’s over gentrification - they clearly only want patients who can pay private costs…

Looked after my wife (Dementia) and myself with care and efficiency, Friendly and helpful so much so my wife enjoyed going to the Dentist!

Never had any problems here until I had a toothache and rang to request an appointment ASAP.I was given an appointment 4 working days later (with a weekend in-between).I was called 2 hours before my appointment and asked to reschedule as the dentist had had lots of emergency appointments that day.I rearranged my own working day to facilitate this. My appointment lasted all of 5 mins as luckily the toothache had lessened and all I now had was an inflamed gum and not an infection. No treatment was given. I was informed by the receptionist that my appointment was classed as "an emergency appointment " and was charged £145.I protested that surely an emergency appointment would be the same day or at least within 24hrs but this was not the case.I emailed the owner and was told that unless I am a Dental Plan Patient then they are not obliged to see me (even though I am a private patient) apart from my routine check up. Anything else is classed as an "Emergency " with the above fee and possible further charges if treatment needed. I was not told on booking this appointment that this was the case but because the fees are displayed in the reception area apparently I should have known this . I have now left this practice as I felt this really was a discrimination just because I didn't belong to the Dental Plan. BE WARNED

Excellent work. I lost the whole of a front tooth and, not being well enough for another implant, or the cost and upheavhal for a bridge, the private Dr made me a small flexi-plate with one tooth. It looks really good and only 5 hours later I can barely feel it as it settles down. I'm very impressed, the cost was extremely reasonable. Everyone is really friendly, helpful and understanding. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you so much

As someone who has an incredible fear of dentists I am happy to recommend this practice to Anyone and everyone. All staff whether it be the senior dentists to the nurses and admin staff are so warm and friendly and do everything to make the whole process absolutely painfree . The best dentists practice anywhere with the most wonderful staff .

I got Covid from reception staff lady she was coughing like hell in November 2022 it made me very very poorly I had to be admitted she was coughing so much I even said to her I hope that you don’t have Covid and she said she never but it was to late I got it in the waiting area where she was coughing so much she did not wear a face mask behind the shield that was on her counter but that was only so high, it took me two years to go to a dentist cause of Covid as I also lost my twin sister to it this is not on if your coughing in places like this then you should not come to work and put others at risk at all. I have never been back here since and will never go back it took me a long time to leave my home to go out as I am highly vulnerable and still stay home cause of it and the only place I went to was that dentist no wear else I wore two face masks and face shield and still got it it’s the only place I went to on over 20 months no wear else

The service I have received here has been amazing especially from Shahbano Syed. After suffering from illness etc I was so nervous going to the dentist but Dr Syed and the dental nurses put me at ease and have been nothing but caring and understanding. They have talked me through every step of my treatment, always making sure I was happy and I have felt so comfortable with them. The reception staff have always been really helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend this practice and want to say thanks again for the amazingly kind service I have received.

Short review: Simply the best dental practice around, Dr Jandu has been practicing for years, yet he keeps up with the latest technologies. His staff are efficient and charming; his office is clean and spotless; and the atmosphere in the practice is quiet, charming and restful. It is easy to talk to someone here. If you need a dentist this is the place.

Long review: I have been a patient here for over 8 years and I have always been taken care of by Dr Jandu and his staff. More recently, in April, I came to the practice to talk about my cosmetic and health concerns since I am due to get married. Debbie signposted me to all the right specialists, Dr Jandu for orthodontics and Claire for my hygiene. Four months later and my teeth have never looked better and felt healthier. This practice really cares about you. I will get married in two weeks time with the brightest smile of my life.

Thank you to all the staff, including Lauren, Evie, Debbie, Dr Jandu, Claire and Priya for always welcoming me in with a smile.

I have been using this dentist over a few years now and never had any bad experiences with any of the staff who work there.

Earlier this year, I visited for a check up to be advised that I would need to see the hygienist. I was directed to a lady called Claire and her assistant, Evie who were both very welcoming on our first meeting and put me at ease immediately. We all know that visiting the dentist is not the happiness appointment ever but I left that visit with less anxiety than ever before.

Recently I had to go back for part one of my two treatments and saw Claire and Evie again and wasn't disappointed with the customer service I received. All the receptionists were polite and friendly from the moment I was met at the door. Claire and Evie were absolutely amaaaaaaazing. I love them both and really appreciate the effort they put into making me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Part two of my visit is coming up and I have no feeling of anxiety.

This dental practice are awful lack of respect and understanding for their customers , I had to cancel a couple of appointments both for sickness in which I ended up in hospital I was told cancel again and you will need to find another dentist , I then had an appointment which I attended and had to have a follow up appointment for a tooth out, I was held up at work and called to say i will be there but i will be 10 /15 minutes late , i was told more than 5 minutes late you will not be seen , i was then told cos this counts as a cancellation I will need to find a new dentist , I was then called back by a very rude receptionist saying you've got 1 more chance you want it or not , I told them I dont appreciate how rudely she is speaking to me and I want to speak to someone higher , I got a call back but not by the manager but yet another rude receptionist they showed me complete lack of respect and were very rude to me , I then get a letter from the manager of the practice backing up his staff as just doing their job , also lied about my previous cancellation stating on the first I didn't tell them I was sick and second time saying I didn't contact them to cancel both untrue, i was told to look elsewhere which i will gladly do because the way they treat their customers is absolutely outrageous, definitely do not recommend them
