Excellent product and customer satisfaction

Excellent company and a very easy to use service. I uploaded a personalised logo for a book launch and the cupcake toppers were delivered within 48 hours! The reproduction is excellent and retained the colours perfectly, which was really important as they are branded. I couldn’t fault any stage of the process and will be using Cian’s again and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the delays with your order. It was dispatched promptly, but seasonal postal delays, especially for international deliveries during the holidays, can unfortunately occur.

Tracking confirms the order has been delivered, and we hope you’re happy with your toppers. If there’s anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
