Prices in cart does not match!

Products are fine, some have fake puffs because Vozol 40 000 gives more puffs than Bang Blaze 60 000. One Vozol had also charging issues. BUT please be aware they are scamming with prices. In cart and orders you see one price but actual price will be 5€ more if you pay by card or apple pay. For me it has been always like that and cigbest support says there is no issues but i have proof that cart and actual payment does not match. Also their cart is in EUR but checkout is in USD and you CAN'T change it!

We sincerely apologize for this experience. We have consulted with our third-party payment gateway, and they have clarified that the discrepancy is due to exchange rate fluctuations. As you mentioned, our receiving account is in USD; therefore, all non-USD payments are converted at the current market rate, which can lead to these differences. Nevertheless, if you find the exchange rate exceeds a reasonable range, please contact our support team, you will be provided with fair and appropriate compensation. Additionally, if possible, you might consider using a USD account for your next payment. This should help you avoid any exchange rate differences entirely.

Gute E-Zigaretten

Wir haben mehrere E-Zigaretten von dort bestellt und sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Lieferung kommt wie geplant an, nichts ist kaputt und die E-Zigaretten sind immer top.
Bisher noch nie das Problem gehabt, dass Liquid beim ziehen ausgetreten ist, was ein weiteres Plus ist.

wrong colours

i have ordered 3 items with diferent colours.
no one from the items have the colour that i ordered.
3 stars because the shippment was ok and the items are complete and original items
