We have had a brilliant experience with CIGMA so far. They have helped with our company's year end tax return and were very thorough, including something that HMRC got wrong, CIGMA followed up and corrected them. My experience with Cigma was not quite pleasant. I have worked with them for 8 month and about to change my accountant. First, they are very slow answer/action except times when they were sending invoices to me. And quite often questions were ignored and I had to chance a few times to get answered. To be fair for them I am a very beginner and not well understanding accounting, although I did not get any advice or support for that. They treat you as just one of a millions is my impression. I am not sure at all why I am paying monthly fees in the end so I decided to leave from them. They have done minimal job by the way and not worst though I can not recommend them for beginner or start up like me.

Rather frustrating. Keep repeating myself on the same issue relating to signing electronic documents.
No one seems to want to talk to you all done through email. Despite asking one member of staff stil has not bothered to contact me.

Good at reminding and guiding you through sorting out bookkeeping for you business. I am only a small start up experimenting with a few things and they're very good at being patient with me when I struggle with bookkeeping.

The service was good, a little slow to some emails but overall very good service.

The cost was too high, it was simply a Capital Gains filing, why charge for calculating and filing?
I have no issues with the cost for the annual tax returns but not the capital gains returns.
