Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company! They ripped me off. They posed as Turkish Airlines when I called to cancel a very expensive flight. They said they canceled the flight and charged me $750 cancellation fee per the terms of the ticket. They never canceled my flight and kept the 750. No refund - a loss of over $7000! They went as far as to write me and tell me the refund was initiated.

I would give you 5* for the exceptional services provided by Douglas. i had a bit of emergency and Douglas found the best price for myself and my spouse.

Beware these people are frauds I booked


Beware these people are frauds I booked a flight with Southwest then I needed to cancel for a later date so I googled "cancel flight with Southwest" it lead me to them they pretended to be Southwest Airlines charged me $200.00 to cancel my trip to later find out South West doesn't charge for their cancellation...I was scammed! Douglas Wilson refused to reimburse me my money back, out of $200. and without a job this ordeal has been very stressful. Don't do business with this place. MU

I didn’t know anything about this


I didn’t know anything about this company till today, but they offered a great price and when after having a conversation with an actual agent I somehow trusted the man. Saved more than $200 and a lot of time. Great job by Circleotrip customer service agents.
Will definitely book with you guys in the future too.

Customer service was great and the representatives were very accommodating. Helped saving me a lot as compared to what I was getting on the Airlines website.
