They gave me the wrong itinerary
If I could have given less that one star, I would have. Gary sent me the wrong itinerary so I arrived at the airport late and missed my flight. Gary seemed to be nice and was still nice when he told me that he wasnt going to refund the cost of my flight. Afterwards, Air Canada informed me that they had sent an updated itinerary to Fliotravel10 days before the flight, but Gary failed to forward it to me. I would not recommend this company especially if you are not located in the same city that they are in and able to sue them.
