Predatory company
Predatory company. I used the last money I had for a wash, instead of buying food this week. I am a broke student who, weekly has about £25 to live from. Clothes came out the dryer after 2 FULL cycles still wet. They absolutely stink. For a basic wash+dry cycle at my Univesity for a small load you're looking at £5.50 MINIMUM!!! Bear in mind your clothes will not come out the dryer dry. Student Accom bans the use of clothes dryers in our dorms. I'm sure circuit had their hands in that.

Good morning,
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with one of the dryers on site not working properly and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
So we can look into this and arrange for an engineer to assess this machine please reach out to care@circuitgroup.com with the details of the site where you have experienced this. We would also like the opportunity to discuss your review further.
Thank you, Isobelle.
lovely customer service!
I accidentally transferred money into my old circuit account instead of the new circuit go account. However, the customer service team were so sweet and helpful, they immediately sorted it out for me and transferred the money over to my new account without any deductions.

Todd Court circuit go.
I think that the machines are a little pricey but has a convenient location. This particular encounter had an out of order machine that was still taking orders from the POS machine.
Luckily, I had a helpful interaction with Ms. Helen from customer services to help me through Live chat.
If you don’t mind the price as much, the area is relatively good. The main thing that is odd is that there aren’t any custom options for drying.

Are these reviews even real??
There is absolutely no way the reviews on here are genuine. This company used to have an extremely low rating and now they’re on 4 stars??? All the positive reviews are from 1-review profiles, something’s not right.
Circuit machines are extremely unreliable, the app barely works, the laundry room floods very often, the machines are dirty and have black gunk all over them, clothes are often not properly washed despite following the instructions.
And the dryers…oh my god. Half the dryers don’t even do anything, clothes still come out wet after a full drying cycle, on a good day they will be damp not wet (hooray) but they refuse to give you a refund despite the fact that you paid for nothing basically. A lot of students are having to air dry their clothes in halls despite that apparently being against the accommodation contract. The uni doesn’t care and neither does Circuit.

Good morning,
I would like to confirm that all of our reviews are genuine and are given on the back of interactions with the Circuit team. We believe it is valuable to offer our customers a platform to leave feedback so we are able to use this to improve the services we provide.
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with the machines and app at your location. This is not the experience or standard we want to provide for our customers.
So we can investigate further the issues you have experienced please reach out to care@circuitgroup.com.
Thank you, Isobelle.

Anything positive about this company is fake
Don’t believe the mirage of fake reviews that litter this profile. Circuit laundry is an evil company that target students and charges extortionate rates for possibly the worst washing machines I’ve ever used in my life. Somehow every issue with the machines comes down to “overloading”. If you follow their guidance on how to fill a machine you’ll be paying upwards of £10 to wash a single set of bed sheets, which really is great way for them to shove more money in their greedy pockets.
These people should be ashamed of themselves and the service they provide.
