ordered, received, failed, no response from them, finally got return info, returned at my cost, no response, no refund as promise and no response from them. Finally gave up and disputed charge on my credit card. DO NOT BUY.

The ring stopped charging after a few months.

Estafa. Es un anillo de 30 $ que puedes comprar en AliExpress o cualquier tienda china online. Y te cobran por los 200 $. Además, todas las cosas que dicen que mide en la web no son ciertas. Luego en la aplicación dice que están en desarrollo. Y las pocas mediciones que hace no son fiables.

The adjustable mechanism on my CIRCUL Ring failed within about a week, causing it to become loose and fall off my finger. I contacted support promptly about a warranty claim.

After over a month of slow, back-and-forth responses, no repair or replacement was offered. Instead, support repeatedly suggested cleaning the ring or waiting for a trade-in program that costs additional money, which is not an acceptable substitute for honoring a warranty on a defective product.

Because of the prolonged delays and lack of a clear resolution, the issue dragged on past the 3-month credit card dispute window, leaving me with no recourse. While I acknowledge that missing the dispute window is ultimately my responsibility, the extended response time and lack of action from support directly contributed to this outcome.

The product concept is good, but the warranty handling and customer support were extremely disappointing. If something goes wrong, be aware that you may be pushed toward paying more rather than receiving proper warranty support.

Such a disappointment. The first ring had to be replaced as their was a design fault. The new ring has battery issues. It doesn't last 6 hours, so I would have to charge twice a day to get sleep data.
