Commence lâexpérience: les trÚs bons points : la bague est légÚre et on lâoublie trÚs vite. Les mesures ECG, freq cardiaques et Spo2 sont conformes (mesures simultanée avec des appareils médicaux)
Mauvais points : le cercle du stress , vraiment bof. Les comptage des pas (sous-estime de 20% ce que je mesure avec mon Apple Watch)
Les trÚs mauvais points : le sommeil
Complétement aux fraises => elle mâa même calculer un endormissement à 18h en sommeil profond avec un réveil final à 1h du matin
Et sinon toutes les nuits sont équivalentes le calcul de sommeil profond est complÚtement faux et surestimé- mesure egalement contradictoire vs appareil médicaux

Je pensais me passer de mon Apple Watch pour revenir à des montres classiques et ce ne sera pas avec cette bague là sauf sâils améliorent trÚs fortement leur algorithmes

Beyond disappointed with the customer service here. My item was faulty after normal use and I followed all instructions to return it promptly. Since then, Iâve been waiting over a month with no proper resolution.
I was told to wait an additional 2 weeks for an update- which has now passed- and still no clear answer. Iâve also been informed thereâs no replacement available, yet no refund has been offered.
Communication has been slow and unclear, leaving me without the product or any timeline for resolution.
Just sharing my experience so others are aware before purchasing. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

I have reviewed this ring previously - the first time a couple of months after receiving it. At that time I was pretty happy with it but there were definitely issues with delivery and system stability. Even though those issues were resolved, there were new issues - especially missing step data. I even went for one period of roughly 9 days when no activity or sleep was being recorded, and I was about to give up on it when suddenly it started working again...and I have had (fingers crossed) a good experience since. So...to those who say Circular is a scam...I think that is unfair. I am liking my ring now and I believe the company is getting its act together. Give it a chance.
Deeply disappointing experience
I am beyond frustrated with Circular's "customer service." I was an early Kickstarter backer , but that loyalty has been met with nothing but generic templates and month-long delays. My ring broke during normal use while I was sleeping. It took a full month of constant emailing just to get them to send a return label. During that time, I was told repeatedly that there were "no confirmed timeframes" for anything.After finally returning the ring to their Hong Kong depot, they waited until I confirmed delivery to tell me my replacement size is out of stock for weeks. They refuse to provide a supervisor contact and keep sending the same "patience is a virtue" scripts while I am left without a working device or my data.If you value post-purchase support or your consumer rights, stay away. This has been an exhausting and disappointing ordeal.

It still charges (light pulses, ring gets warm) but never shows up over Bluetooth in the app or even in a BLE scanner, so itâs completely unusable.
Iâve sent full details, serial numbers and videos to support, and also followed up via Kickstarter, but havenât had any response for over 2 weeks.
At this point itâs just an expensive paperweight. Pretty disappointing experience so far.
I got the ring to detect exerciseâŠ
I got the ring to detect exercise induced AFIB only to find out it doesnât do that if you are moving. I tried to return it the day after I got it because I knew it had a 14 day return limit. When I requested the return I was informed that I couldnât return it because I had activated it. Iâve never heard of such a thing. So I now have the Circlular ring and I have the Oura ( I ordered it before I was told I couldnât make my return. The Oura ring is superior and their customer support is great.
UNTRUSTWORTHY - INFERIOR PRODUCT.
In addition to inaccurate health readings such as false readings on Oxygen saturation and AFIB events - CIRCULAR has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even though they are "based in France" they run their company like it is a scam. Last Fall, I emailed them over 7 times and never received a response. Today, March 31, I received my first response from them from an email I sent in October. UNTRUSTWORTHY - INFERIOR PRODUCT.

Fake Customer Service
Have been in a back and forth fiasco regarding a non functional ring for months no. I am constantly asked to send more and more pictures and videos to them with 0 proof of attempts to remedy the issue have been made.
There "customer service" is likely AI chat bots as it's very circular in conversation and ignores many pertinent aspect of the conversation, despite repeatedly informing it. When asked to have a face to face interaction, they apparently "don't do that"... Doesn't sound human to me.
Either way it's incapable. It's not worth supporting this company unless you want just that won't worth and AI chat bots talking you on circles.
Innaccurate heart rhythm info, no sleep data and glitchy app.
The ring is completely inaccurate about heart monitoring regarding heart rhythm - I bought it because I had AFIB and every EKGI took with it was wrong. Now it has stopped giving me sleep data, despite being charged every other day to make sure that's not a problem and rebooted several times and factory reset once. Nothing works and customer service didn't even respond to an inquiry I sent them asking about the sleep data not syncing.
Poor customer service, glitchy app and inaccurate data on the ring. I wish I had just replaced my Oura instead of wasting money on this ring.
Return/Refund refused for faulty Circular Ring 2
Bought Circular Ring 2 for ECG heart monitoring after my AFib ablation. Total failure: ECG often blank or wrong (vs. Fitbit), missing and wrong sleep data. Support stonewalled refund citing 14-day policy while admitting ring needs 14 days to 'learn you.' They denied a refund and they suggested I eBay it. Do not buy Circular 2!

I would never buy from this company after asking for a replacement ring for size issues. They waited to get back to me and then said the 14 day period has passed and there was nothing they could do. This is after Kira ð informed me it would be taken care of.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst cusomter service I have ever received - or, to be precise, not received.
Received my ring in August and it stopped functioning as it should mid-December. I waited patiently for the situation to resolve initially, because they claimed they had server problems and everything would be resolved 'soon'.
I've been contacting them about the lack of functionality since the beginning of January, and they either don't respond at all, or respond and ask for information I've already provided.
Initially I asked for a replacement, then I asked for a refund because I just don't trust the product any more. They've ignored both requests anyway, so I'm taking legal action now because charlatans like these shouldn't be allowed to just get away with ripping people off.

I purchased the Circular 2 through Kickstarter because its functionality and future potential seemed promising. I particularly appreciated the live metric tracking compared to Oura or UltraHuman.
The hardware itself is technically impressive and sophisticated but the build quality could be improved. My ring cracked internally and chipped, damaging the sensors and causing my finger to be cut. I contacted customer service five times, but only an AI bot responded. This bot directed me to email the team directly. It took five weeks to receive a single standard reply. After a lengthy interrogation and providing proof of the issues, the matter was escalated but I havenât heard back about whoâs handling it or when a resolution will be reached.
My advice is to avoid the Circular 2 until their customer service and backend functionality mature. Youâll be essentially gambling on whether youâll receive what youâve been promised.

Ordered it with the sizing kit during the Black Friday sale because it's really pricey, and though they shipped the kit super quickly arriving after just 2 days, when I opened it the product inside wasn't a sizing kit. It wasn't even a Circular product. It was some random junk from a different company and I have no idea what to do with this thing.
Tried contacting customer service several times. At first I thought they might be slow due to holiday season. But it's nearly March now and still no response. I am angry because that was a huge investment to lose.
